We stayed there for Easter weekend and the place was very clean and very comfortable. I would stay there again.

When we arrived the garbage had not been taken out, and it smelled like something dead was in one of the cans. We contacted the Agency that we rented from and they just kept blaming the Property Manager. The Property Manager did come by, but didn't take the garbage away. We had to deal with an aweful smell for 3 days until the garbage collectors came by. Also, the place was infested with roaches. The property Manager came by and brought bug spray, but all that did was put them in the move while we were there. Very gross. There sale a handful of maintenance items like drippy faucets, difficult door locks, and the towel bars fell off the walls while we were there. With the exception of the roaches, none of this would have been worth mentioning if the putrid smell wasn't there. Ick!!

The house was open and airy. The pool was nice. I had a little trouble navigating the websites to get into the property, but once that was resolved it was good. There were ants in the kitchen and other rooms though, and the water and air filters for the fridge needed changing. Other than that everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay. The beach access was RIGHT across the road from the entrance to our area which was a definite plus.

The place was immaculate. We had plenty of room to spread out so no one felt cramped. It was close the the beach. Cute community.

The house looked just like the advertised pictures. Very spacious and comfortable for our group. The bathrooms and bedrooms were roomy and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at the house. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and walkable. The house was either an easy walk or short drive to every where we went. Communication with host was easy with rapid response and they were very nice.

We had a good stay in the home. A few hiccups but let them know right away. Only suggestion is more cleaning supplies being there would be nice. It was perfect with the bedrooms all having their own bathroom n then the little extra 1/2 just off living room. Another suggestion would be scissors. All in all great for our big family!!

The hosts were very responsive. It’s a beautiful and spacious home. We loved all having a comfy king bed and bathroom to each family. The pool was very nice and just right down the backstairs. Loved the location!! Upon arrival the house seemed to look clean but the floors were filthy… our babies had black all over their feet and knees from crawling shortly after arrival. We messaged to notify and it was offered to send the cleaners out the next morning but they had apparently just left (why we couldn’t check in early) and we felt this should have been done prior to check in. None of the upstairs bathroom outlets worked - we messaged and someone was supposed to come check it out and it was never fixed with no update provided during our stay. We didn’t receive the code until 4pm on the dot to open the door and it would not work. We had to message for a new code and wait 10 or so min outside the door to be able to finally get in. This property does have a ton of stairs, so just know that.

Beautiful house close to the beach The house is spacious and beautiful. The rooms are good-sized which gave us plenty of room to spread out. Our family particularly enjoyed being so close to the small pool and just a short walk to the beach.

Perfect Twente Toes is the near perfect place to stay! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The beach is a short and convenient walk. We enjoyed it so much, we are booking again for our family vacation next year. It did not disappoint! 5 stars all around!!

What a lovely home! My husband and I stayed along with 7 other couples/friends for a friends wedding. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook everyday (besides the food, obviously, which Publix and several other grocery stores are right across the bridge). Living and dining space was also accommodating for the 9 people we had. All of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms which was VERY NICE! The pool was great and a lot closer than we expected. There’s a trail that you can take in the neighborhood that takes you to the non ocean side where you can attempt to catch flounder. We didn’t have any luck but did find some conch and a big blue crab! Although the house isn’t directly on the beach, there’s a bridge with public beach access right across the street which was very convenient! Highly recommend this home for anyone staying at Navarre!

Beautiful House The home itself is beautiful. We loved that everyone had their own bathroom. However, I had a lot of problem getting in touch with the property manager. We could not access the garage to park our Vehicles in. There was no place to put our outdoor items and so we had to leave them outside. The house is not three stories. The garage is the main level. I reached out numerous times to get the code and was never given one. When we got there the garbage was left from previous renters. Other than not having a place to store our cars or beach stuff, the house was great. Property management needs to step up their game and respond to renters.
