Topsl Summit 912 by Scenic Stays — Guest Reviews

We arrived after check-in time only to find that the condo had not been cleaned from the previous guests. After unloading all of our luggage from the cars, we discovered the issue and had to leave for about 1–1.5 hours while the condo was cleaned. To the host's credit, they refunded the cleaning fee and provided an additional partial refund for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. The condo itself was decent but could use some maintenance and updates. The toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms was barely attached to the wall, and each bathroom only had two large bath towels (although hand towels and washcloths were provided), which wasn't ideal for our group. The walk to the beach was also longer and less convenient than we expected, especially when carrying everything needed for small children. Additionally, the trash chute was located on the opposite side of the building, making it a bit inconvenient.

Absolutely LOVED our stay! We tried to book a couple more days even! The place was perfect, we cooked in and it had what we needed to get the job done which was really nice! Beds were super comfortable, the shower was delightful honestly, I told my hubby I’m going to miss this shower!! Owners communicated very well, the curtain fell in the Primary while at the beach one of the days & they had it fixed that afternoon! We definitely will be coming back to use this condo for many more trips!! 🫶🏼

There were pros and cons. The place was pretty clean but needs some upkeep-nothing to get upset about though. The master bedroom was comfortable but the twin beds were very small twins-one of our 15yr old’s feet hung off the end. It was quiet, which is important to me and the balcony offered a really pretty view. The beach was a walkable distance-not too far. The condo does not offer basics in the kitchen-salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters (even though Air BnB said they would be there). They had wall mounted shampoo, conditioner, body wash in both bathrooms but they were empty. We notified the property managers but they never came to refill them. Overall, it was a good stay but the property managers need to align the scenic stay website with Air BnB because they say 2 different things about what the condo offers.

We really enjoyed our trip overall. The only thing I can complain about was cosmetic issues such as the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was coming out of the wall, the curtain slider in the master was falling out of the ceiling on one end, and there was sawdust near the baseboards in the guest room. No dust pan was available to sweep either. One downfall was our pool was shut down for an entire day of our stay and during double red flags there wasn’t any other way to cool off. We thought we would have access to other pools inside the resort but we didn’t. We liked the area pretty well overall and enjoyed our trip with friends.

My wife, daughter and I really enjoyed ourselves. The condo was super clean, and with all the modern necessities. We were like a home away from home. Perfect location with a phenomenal ocean view. The beds were very comfortable. We slept like babies. Everything was beautiful, neat, and clean. Thanks for all the hospitality.
