The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean with incredibly easy access to the beach and to shops/restaurants in Gulf Place. Adjacent to the public beach access, but the private beach access on this property was far less crowded.The property itself is very quiet with spacious, private bedrooms and bathrooms. Ample closet space available, too. The property did have a Pack and Play.The view speaks for itself and is unobstructed.Communication with the property manager was quick and they were very responsive.

No issues other than the internet signal was weak inside unit and nonexistent on the balcony. Around 5pm on last night of stay internet stopped working. Looked for the router to try unplugging and plugging back. It must be in owners closet. Since it was our last night did not try to get in touch with scenic stays. It is my understanding from an email that internet wiring is being installed hopefully that will resolve weak signal

Great place to stay!

Location is perfect, an easy walk down to the beach or across the street to shops and restaurants. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. Everything in the condo looked like the pictures. Our only issue was the mattress in the Master bedroom. It was in very bad shape, and you sank into the middle when you tried to lie on it. We found it unusable and were lucky that we didn't have a lot of people with us, so we used a different room. All of the mattresses could use an upgrade.

Communication was not super easy. Many things needed repairs, but the view and location were amazing

While the location and the condo were actually really nice, it was VERY disappointing that for as much as we paid, the keep up of the condo was not the greatest. Master bed clearly was old as both of us rolled to the middle which is a sign of aged mattress. Pillow cases nor fitted sheet didn’t even fully cover the mattress or pillow. Bed is extra thick but sheets were made for a thinner bed. Comforter and sheets also both had red stains on them so it was unclear how clean the bedding really was. Similar issue with 2nd master bedroom where mattress was old and both adults rolled to the middle of the bed. Also, for what we paid for the condo, it was very disappointing that we were only given 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods and 1 laundry pod. For a 5 day stay we would expect a few extra basic amenities so you don’t have to buy everything at the store which ends up just going to waste. One final item is that this location claims to have a private beach, but that is the furthest thing from the truth. It was right next to a public beach entrance, and you constantly say public visitors setting up on the beach in front of our seats. What’s the use of having a private beach if you have NO ONE to enforce it. This was one of the most disappointing things.

The condo was very very nice and clean. It was very roomy. It was very close to the beach and to a few shops. My main co Positive: The location was very nice. The place was very clean. We all had plenty of room and were not on top of one another. It was just a few steps from the beach. It was all gated, so if people weren’t staying there they couldn’t get in. Right across the road from restaurants and shops. Negative: The WiFi was HORRIBLE A maintenance guy came in. Didn’t knock, just came in and started taking pictures. The mattress in the master bedroom had a dip in it. The door handle on the balcony kept falling off.

Such a beautiful place! The pictures don’t do it justice! We loved this place and can’t wait to go back!

Overall good confusion on codes but management company response

This place was EXACTLY like the pictures! Breath taking views and the house was perfect! Being able to walk right outside to the beach made our trip!

Beautiful, clean property with gorgeous ocean/beach view. 3 full baths too! I highly recommend for any time of the year our October stay was perfection.

Wonderful view of the Gulf. Daily morning walks on the beach were easy to access.Well appointed living and sleeping areas and updated bathrooms. Nearby restaurants within walking distance gave us lots of good choices.Looking forward to our next visit.

Very nice condo third year staying, plan to stay again next year

Dirty and worn I planned this trip to celebrate my Mom’s retirement. My family and I have been visiting Santa Rosa Beach for 30 years and know the area well. I chose the Villas for proximity to the beach and an upscale, luxurious experience to treat my Mom and was more than willing to pay a premium. I was very disappointed that all of the rugs and furniture in the condo were extremely dirty. We did not feel comfortable walking around without shoes. Scuffs and paint chips covered the condo and have not been touched in years.

We were disappointed in the cleanliness (especially given the price of this condo) as the majority of soft surfaces and furniture were in rough shape. We didn’t feel comfortable walking inside the condo without shoes. Lots of scuffs and paint chips throughout the condo that clearly haven’t been touched in years.

Our stay at this wonderful property was truly memorable. The location and view are fantastic, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop that made our visit special. Some of the furniture is well-used, but overall the surroundings create a peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for relaxation.The amenities provided were excellent, from comfortable accommodations to thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience. The staff was attentive and welcoming, making sure that we had everything we needed. Every aspect of the stay reflected care and attention to detail.Overall, this property delivered a delightful experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and scenic getaway.

Property is in the best location. Phenomenal beach is literally just steps away. Condo is very spacious and decorated well. Some of the furniture was a little beat up but that was a minor thing compared to how nice the place is.

Nice location and proximity to beach. Multiple issues with things in the condo that needed attention and those issues were partially resolved. The condo needs some attention to the wear and tear done over the season

Santa Rosa Condos Never Disappoint Seventh time in the area and we have always had an amazing time! Location, fabulous. Walk to eat at good restaurants and to have great coffee as well as incredible ice cream. Love this place!

Family Beach Vacation The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach was a perfect location for our family of 5. I could sit on the balcony and see my family on the beach. We were close enough to come back for food/beverages/ restrooms. We rented beach chairs for the week (which I'll admit were a little costly) but not having to haul things back and forth was great. We were within walking distance to several dining options and dessert places. The bedrooms were all spacious and laid out nicely. The kitchen cookware was lacking if you plan on doing any in house cooking (no whisk, clunky spatula and spoon). The living room furniture was very worn with a rip in the ottoman and a wheel that kept falling off. All in all, we had a great trip and location could not have been better.

Premier Location Location exactly as advertised. We had a great time!
