The pool was frozen, the coffee maker was dirty upon arrival, we had a roach problem (live and dead) it smelled stale and humid our entire stay (there was a humidifier running out of an open closet which we were not instructed about). All of the furniture was covered in white sheets (assuming it was dirty and gross but we were afraid to look). We had trouble getting into the pool with the code they gave us. The entire complex was a ghost town, it was eerie that we seemed to one of 3 people staying in a huge complex…We will never stay here again.

dirtyhorrible, completely falsified the pictures of the unit and amenities.the pool cushions are all ripped and stained with black mold. the balconies are now supported with wood beams because the property had been condemned. the roof top has been closed for 2 years! it was so bad we left 4 days early and were treated very rudely by host.spoke to another owner of a condo there and he said buildings were condemned in 2024, fir structual issues and can only be open with the wood beams supporting balconies. one building is still not able to be rented. non of these issues were listed on advertisement for unit!!!HORRIBLE BUSINESS HORRIBLE PLACE

Condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked except for a dish cloth or sponge. Wasn’t aware there would be a dehumidifier that had to be emptied at least twice daily and there was an odor especially when it wasn’t running. There was mold and mildew around some of the vents. The couch was worn out but the beds were comfortable. The water in the kitchen never got hot so I had to get hot water from the bathroom to wash dishes. The entire structure was reinforced with wooden beams due to a structural issue from 2024 when engineers deemed it unsafe. That made me uneasy. None of that was disclosed. There also wasn’t a good way to get to the pool. The whole setup was strange and difficult to navigate. There was an office but it was closed and no one was ever there. I don’t see this place surviving. Which explains why there weren’t many people staying there.

This place was okay. There were many things that were disappointing that should have been taken care of before we arrived. The main factor being the cleanliness. We were able to communicate with the host about the things that were wrong and they were quick with a response and some sort of accommodation. However, we thought we deserved more as the place was not up to a standard for someone to stay. The place needs some major upgrades as far as professional cleaning overall. It was a great location though to walk/ride bikes into town and the beach.

This property was incredibly beautiful, private and in a great location! Between the beach being within walking distance and having access to the pool and hot tub, there were a variety of activities to entertain. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and I would 100% recommend staying here if you're traveling to 30A!

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our recent stay at this property. This was our second time staying here, and while our first experience was great, this visit was very different. The property was not well maintained. The pool furniture was very dirty and not in good condition, and the furniture inside the unit was also extremely dirty. We were disappointed that the cleanliness and upkeep did not meet the expectations we had based on our previous stay. I have attached pictures to show the condition we found the property in. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the maintenance and cleanliness for future guests.

Very clean, perfect location! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. A little light on supplies, but for three nights was perfect!

Great location, biked or walked everywhere. Cafe and restaurants extremely close. Beach is less than 10 min walk. Very nice pool.

We had the best experience and were able to walk everywhere from the Airbnb. The pool and hot tub were great amenities. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time during our stay. Everything is in walking distance. Bring beach chairs and beach towels. You will not be disappointed if you book a stay here.

We enjoyed our time at the pointe. The location is perfect, very easy beach access, the pool was very clean and restaurant inside was fantastic. Quick and beautiful walk or bike ride to all the shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to come back

Location was amazing - close enough to walk to Rosemary, near lots of amenities, and easy parking. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

perfect location for us. Pool not heated 1st couple of days of our stay. Management very responsive - dryer did not work till 3 days before we departed which was inconvenient but management communicated with us. Overall enjoyed property

The condo is stunning, large, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The location is FABULOUS and we loved the bikes. The building itself is obviously experiencing some structural challenges and the wood framing on all the porches was a little unsettling. The rooftop bar that was advertised is not a bar at all - it is simply a place you can go and view the area, watch the sunset, etc. There is no service there, and the elevator in that building is broken so you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get there. The unit above us had a leak and when we called, the reapir crew was there IMMEDIATELY. We received an email from a concierge service about beach setups, golf cart rentals, bonfires on the beach...and we immediately replied that we wanted to be contacted. They never did. All in all, we loved the mini-vacation and we would stay there again, but renters need to know the circumstances.

We loved it here! It was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. There was some, but not much cooking supplies. No spices, cooking oils, or anything like that. Not a huge deal, just something to note. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. We’d highly recommend the place!

We had a great stay! The location was ideal, and the property was very clean.

We have stayed at The Pointe at least 10 times over the past several years. We usually love it because of the amenities offered as well as the idea locale. However this trip did not meet our expectations. We were not notified of the existing structural issues with the building. Temporary support beams are obscuring the view of much of the building. This should have been disclosed before letting clients reserve the property. Also we had multiple maintenance issues with room 333 we had to deal with such as … the dishwasher would not work, the disposal didn’t work, the ice maker didn’t work, the glass shower door was coming off the hinges, and other items we corrected ourselves because we were tired of calling maintenance and having various repair people in our rooms for the first 3 days. The property manager should have been aware of these items. So sorry to have to give these details but someone needs to pay closer attention to this property. As mentioned earlier we have never had an issue in any of our previous units in this property and hope that this is just a “one off” unusual event. Look forward to visiting again in the future if issues can be addressed.

Great location to beach and pool!

Location is amazing. Very close to Rosemary Beach and walkable to the beach. The Unit itself needs some updates- furniture appears worn and stained. Bare minimum supplies provided in kitchen. Balcony view is somewhat obstructed now due to new wooden support beams that are not pictured in listing. Overall a nice place for short stay. Location again is fantastic!

Property manager did not know the correct information about the area. He had earlier stated to us that the town of Rosemary Beach was golf cart friendly and in fact they are banned there. Just incorrect information..

Nice property Very nice place to stay.

Location, location, location. Great place to stay!! Only a couple of things which are minor, televisions in both bedrooms did not work properly and no ice maker in refrigerator. We get the ice maker, seems like they never work properly, but it should be in the listing. Otherwise , I wouldn't know why anyone wouldn't love to stay there. We plan on coming back.
