We had a great stay and really enjoyed the location. We visit this area often and love how bike-friendly it is, plus it’s an easy walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. The condo is cute, well-decorated, and a good size for a family of four. The bunk beds and storage space were a big plus. However, the building is under renovation and the noise can be quite loud—it would be helpful to inform guests in advance. We also had to ask twice for beach wristbands, and there was no Wi-Fi info, parking permit, or pool access code provided at check-in. A few small improvements would help, like patio chairs, a kitchen trash can, coffee for the Keurig, and better cleaning (there was dog hair on the rug). Overall, we liked the condo and area, but better communication and a few updates would make it even better.

We stayed in the Inn at Seacrest Beach, and it was such a cute condo. The location was extremely convenient for everything! The beach was a 5min walk, the pool was nice to have right on the location, and there were so many restaurants and shopping options on either side of the road. We did a lot of walking (even though bikes are an easier option) and loved every minute of it. One thing that wasn’t noted is how to get to the actual beach through the private entrance. You just go onto 30A & make a left, keep walking till you see a large Seacrest lifeguard chair, cross over to the right into that private community, which will have a guard. Just show them your wristband and continue to follow the beautiful path down the beach

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location! Positive: We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything was exactly as described, and we had everything we needed. The area was beautiful and peaceful, and we would definitely stay here again! Negative: -

Wonderful overall for location and value. Positive: Location was great! Walkable to many restaurants and beach. Nice interior touches and decor. Negative: Not enough towels, couldn’t figure out where to access beach and couldn’t get ahold of host to find out. Would have liked if bikes were included since the tram no longer services this building like it was advertised.

Disappointing on all levels. Positive: Not much. Negative: Dirty parking area and hallways, filthy luggage trolley loaded with filthy welcome mats, single pot in unit didn’t work on induction stovetop, no chairs in the unit so the only place to sit was the bed, unswept pool area, etc.

Perfect location - walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Did not know where to access the beach at first, but the hosts were very timely in responding. Great price for the location! Will definitely be back ◡̈

Really good location but owner failed to mention the LOUD construction that was taking place in the building (starting at 8 AM). Construction was going on in surrounding areas so, I messaged the owner asking how to get to the beach around restricted areas—and received no response. Also, never used the kitchen sink, woke up the 2nd day and it was leaking, kitchen flooded. Contacted owner and again, received no response. Place was listed as including wifi— after logging into the guest portal, no username or password was available (just blank). Lastly, mattress was falling in between the headboard and free space. I really hate to be a Karen and leave a negative review—but I want to let others know things that I didn’t.

Great property— terrible communication/support Positive: Location and property were great Negative: They never provided us entry codes for anything or for wifi— had to call and be on hold to get basic info that NEVER came…. Also construction all around unit that no one told us about beginning super early in the morning.
