This condo is in a great location walking distance to private beach. Love that the unit included beach umbrella with chairs. The unit was good only wished the third bathroom wasn’t under construction. It did lack a bit of floor cleaning can tell floors haven’t been mopped. Overall unit has your basic needs and whatever you need for your stay there is a grocery store just a street away. Communication and instruction were given well. Perfect for families …will definitely come back!
This is an older rental that needs update, deep clean and new paint. The pictures do not truly show how bad it looks. One bathroom is getting a new shower so it is not useable For the price you can find something better. The kitchen tile was never finished correctly. The front bedroom has all the bathroom tile and supplies stored in it so it also is not useable. The walls have scuffs and cracks. The caulking in bathrooms is cracked and dirty.
Our reservation was cancelled 2 hours after it had been confirmed. We had family members already in route to Destin. We were told Airbnb would assist with finding another location which did not occur.
