Wonderful Guest Services/Property needs updating We have stayed at Sun Destin three times, and we have LOVED the guest services. In fact so much so that I have been hesitant to write this review. I appreciate Candy, Kyle, and Leya more than they could know. Unfortunately, this property was sorely lacking in quality and comfort. The carpet is beyond gross with visible moldy sections by the sliding glass doors. Our entire family left with horrible allergies after 5 days in the property. The majority of the furniture is uncomfortable at best. Beyond the moldy carpet, the property was not clean. Lastly, the kitchen was supplied with the bare minimum of essentials for a condo. A much needed update is required for this property.

This is the fifth or sixth time we have stayed in this unit we like it so much. And, we plan to stay there again!

Only thing i dont like its the check out time

We were told via email that we could check in early at 10 AM, so we left at 3 AM and got there at 10 AM. We done the early check-in, and we still had to wait out in the hot sun all day until 4 PM. We had reservations made the day prior for dinner with friends at 4:30 PM and reservations for pictures with a photographer for 6:30 PM thinking that we would have already been in our room so we could get ready for dinner and pictures. Which both cost a lot of money, and we had to get ready in our hot, packed, crowded cars. I do understand that in the listing it does say check-in is at 4 PM, but why mention early check-in at 10 AM? Once we were finally able to get in our room, there was hair all over BOTH shower walls, sand still in the floor, bedsheets felt gritty with sand and dirty spots so that shows that the sheets weren’t changed, they were just fixed. The rack on the balcony was broke and just laying on the balcony, so we had nothing to hang our wet clothes on other than the chairs we needed to sit on. But we couldn’t sit on them with our wet clothes drying on them. There was no where near enough towels provided. We did call the front desk and asking for more the FIRST day we did not receive any extra towels until the day we were checking out. We had to go buy extra towels, cleaning supplies for the shower, and a fan because the ceiling fan in the master bedroom clicked all night sounded like it was about to fall off.

This was the best experience we have had, the room was perfect! Our shower handle was broke and I put in a ticket, they sent someone asap! We have no complaints and would love to get this room again next year :-)

We had a fantastic stay with Scenic Stays. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and offered an amazing view of the beach and ocean. My wife and kids absolutely loved the pool, and the convenient beach access made it easy to enjoy the water whenever we wanted. Everything was exactly as described, and the entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The only downside was the ongoing construction nearby, which created some occasional noise and affected parts of the property. However, it was clear that the improvements being made will be a huge benefit once completed. When all the construction is finished, this place is going to be absolutely amazing. We made great family memories during our stay and would gladly book with Scenic Stays again. Highly recommend!

Property exactly as described. Easy beach access. Responsive host and front desk staff. On site amenities were very helpful. Easy positive experience.

They were doing construction on the building which we did not know of beforehand, we did find some nasty stuff on our towels behind doors in the bathroom not sure what that was but overall we had a nice stay!

Summer 2025 Vacation We have staid in this unit a number of times. Well updated, great view, and close to everything!

Great location! We were in the top floor corner unit and it was beautiful! There is construction going on but it was on the other side and didn’t bother us a bit. Also we were pretty bummed that the outdoor pool was scheduled to be closed until the end of July but to our surprise they opened it on our third day there! The only complaint I have is there is no washer and dryer in the unit but they do have coin laundry on the floors.

It was great! We had the best time! The view was stunning, unit was clean and had lots of space for the 4 of us. I cannot wait to come back!

Lord this room Just got back from this unit! The view is amazing, all of the staff (maintenance, security, bartenders, servers, receptionists) are super friendly and helpful! Cant wait to come back!

Fantastic stay We had a fantastic stay. The workers were great and very easy going. The view was incredible. This is our 3rd stay and we will continue to stay here when we come to destin

Great! Shower was a little dirty and the toothpaste in the sink but overall a wonderful unit! Def staying there again!
