Great Stay! My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was a great location. We highly enjoyed the balcony, we were able to see a lot of dolphins being so high up. Everything was as described and would recommend!
It was great!
5 star for everything but 0 star for enforcing no smoking policy. Stinch of marajuana in nearby units kept us from enjoying the balcony in the evenings. This was huge negative for us.
10/10 everytime we stay at the SunDestin. Second year in a row and we will be back next year! Best place in Destin to stay IMO!
Our stay was memorable, but unfortunately, not all for the right reasons. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready, and shortly after leaving to grab food, we were notified that the AC was broken and our room would not be available. We were moved to a temporary corner room with an obstructed view and told we would need to move again later in our stay. The next day, we were given several different updates about when our original room would be ready, and we ultimately didn't get moved until that evening. While the staff was accommodating with the move, the process was frustrating and inconvenient. The TVs in the temporary room didn't work, and the original room had a strong chemical smell, likely from the AC repairs. The bedroom TV was also not a smart TV, and the elevators felt very sketchy. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our trip and made the most of our stay.
A very clean place with a really good view of the beach and ocean. Very peaceful. The staff is very courteous. Will definitely come back again.
Unit 1706 was lovely. Exactly as described. Clean. View is amazing!! Bed was comfy, linens were nice, kitchen had what was needed for our basic cooking. Works stay here again.

Best view ever! Clean room. Laundry very convenient. Parking is easy. Everything in the condo was nice. Could stand a few updates but overall nice! They are making good remodeling changes to the overall building.
The property is under construction which it stated upon beginning the booking process. The unit itself was clean, and had an amazing view of the Gulf. Several of the cupboards were worn ie. paint rubbed off, and the one balcony chair was a bit wobbly. Overall the unit itself was as pictured. No interaction with host as it wasn't necessary.
Trip Needs to be updated.
The condo was good. Would have been better if there was a washer and dryer in the unit as well

Gorgeous ocean view We had an awesome time. The view was incredible and the location was close to everything. The fridge desperately needs updating and the rug on the floor is a trip hazard as it curls up. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay.
Great place! We have stayed at Sundestin many times in several different condos over the years, and this one was great! If there was one thing that I would make better, it would be the weak wifi signal. Other than that, no complaints!
Room There were ants in the room. Floors were dirty. Feet turn black from floor. Furniture is old and needs replaced.

Nice place It was a nice place to stay right on the beach. View from balcony is amazing. Bed was comfortable. Had all the basics you need.
Our happy place This is our second stay at SunDestin. We love it! The view is heavenly. The facilities are very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful! We will be back!
Great view! Perfect accommodations! We so enjoyed staying here and look forward to a future visit. We would recommend repairing the tile that is coming loose on the balcony. We pointed this out to the front desk upon departure. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great View Perfect view.. unit had everything we needed.. laundry was real close. Unit could be updated but it’s still real nice. Front desk and staff extremely nice and helpful.. would definitely book again
Property could use some new furniture The view and location of hotel was excellent. The king sized bed was great. The living room furniture was worn out, leather ottomans were peeling. Floors were not swept well. Kitchen served its purpose. Bathrooms were fine.
Excellent location and service! The location was exactly what I wanted. The guest service was great. However, the unit was rundown. I don’t mind - and expected - a need for updates but it was sort of beyond that to the point where it really needed some work done. It also smelled extremely musty, which was quite disappointing.
Bad smell The 1st thing you notice on entry is the smell of mold. The 2nd thing, it was immaculately clean. Once you are inside you no longer notice the smell. Not sure but think there was a water leak in the bedroom ceiling. It’s been fixed. Overall we really enjoyed the facility and our trip but the smell was rough every time you walk in the door.
1706 Furniture in the living room dated and uncomfortable. Bed in bedroom very hard. Woke up stiff every day. Beautiful view and pretty decor.
Needs update The toaster outdated difficult to use, the shower head needs updating to a more spa type head and there were no hangers in the closet..
Beach vacation Everything was good, few issues with apartment were fixed by maintenance, only issue we noticed towards end of stay were ice cubes in freezer were stuck together and our carton of ice cream was level in carton, I think freezer goes into defrost cycle too long
Vacation stay, We had a good time, the few issues were taken care of by maintenance like sink in half bath the drain plug was found in closed position and they came reattached it so it opens and closes. Second the thermostat for ice conditioning was unable to raise or lower, believe it needed a new battery. Third cable tv box unable to turn on, they came out and reset it. Did notice the ice cubes in freezer were stuck together and our carton of ice cream looks like maybe in defrost mode too long because it was level in the carton
It was a GREAT Getaway!! It was everything that was promised!!! Will be back!!
Sundestin Vacay Loved our condo in Destin! It had a beautiful view of the beach. It was such a relaxing place to stay while we were there.
Outdated, but great location Condos need updates and their was sand all over the floors in our condo when we arrived. Breathtaking views though, & in a good location!
