The room was dusty had to clean room when we got there and it had a bad smell had to buy cleaning supplies and air freshener to get the smell out . The dust was probably all the remodel construction that was going on but this is our second stay here and both times the rooms had a funky smell to them almost a moldy smell. Both times we have been there you advertise a splash pad for kids and both times it's not working. Fix it or remove it from your advertising please. Other than these things or stay was great our view was great location was great.

Weekend getaway Spent the weekend at the Condo with my Granddaughter and my two great Grandchildren. Place was perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean. Staff super friendly. Easy check in and out. Enjoyed our stay.

Anniversary weekend Everything was great!! Needs to be updated a little as far as furniture. Couple of stains on cushions but was fine.

15th Anniversary Everything was wonderful. The home was very clean, you can smelled the cleanliness as you walk threw the door. The scenery was beautiful. I would love to stay in this same condo again. We had gotten a text with invite of stay another night at discount price. But when we called the front desk they said it was a scam!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was awesome. It was a wonderful time for our honeymoon. My wife wanted to find flowers for a photo shoot we had and one of your staff members her name was Weezy got on her phone and had flowers ready to go in about 15 minutes. She was Awesome. Everyone there was fantastic as well. Will be back next year for sure. I would give you guys 10 stars

The stay was good. Positive: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Negative: I strongly discourage anyone from reserving this specific condo. We reserved and had the reservation completely paid for. Less than 30 days before we were to go, the host decided they wanted more money for the condo. They were not going to allow us to stay, but the condo management covered the difference for us to stay. It took us 3 days to get the A/C in the condo to cool down. Also the balcony is not safe for any young children. The balcony railing does not go completely to the wall. Any small child could easily fall from the balcony….16 stories. Overall I will never stay with any property that this host has to offer.

Very family friendly! Loved that they had activities on the pool deck during the week for kids.

The condo was fine but probably needs some updating. The bedroom cabinets all had an off smell so we set clothes on top instead of inside the drawers.

Enjoyed our stay, however there was construction happening durning our stay and work being done directly out on our balcony. The place was clean, pool was nice and easy access to the beach. The views from the room were beautiful especially during the thunderstorms.

Had a great get away! The drinks were yummy ;)

Great Place To Stay Great Location, close to restaurants and shopping. The unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be back.

SunDestin Very pleasant

Updating of the unit We enjoyed our stay, however the unit could use some updates and in updating the unit the shower could be higher for tall people also the walls and ceiling in the bathroom shower area was questionable, looked like maybe mold or just something else. Also the mirrors are placed in the bathroom for short people only. The view was very nice from the unit. I know that you cannot control this but the speed limit on the main road could be reduced in speed to help all people trying to leave the condos.

Wish I would have known We love SunDestin it would have been nice to know that it was under construction we are late risers and we woke up construction noise every morning and had to keep the doors closed durning the day due to the pounding and saws running Also the outdoor pool was closed due to construction

Great views and easy check in Condo was clean and as pictured. Facility is/was under construction though so pool, hot tub, and sauna were all closed. Luckily the beach is just steps away.

Good location, old amenities Good spot to be, amazing view, details were not super clear about no hot tub for renovations. I finally found the information after scrolling all the way to the bottom of the details page after arriving. Would have been nice to know seeing as my initial search for somewhere to stay had hot tub as a need. Clean place but furniture and appliances very old and rundown.

Awesome time Enjoyed a week of doing next to nothing.

Great accommodations Room was very clean even though they had the pool closed due to remodeling it was a nice stay. Would highly recommend this property.
