Good experience Walk out of the main lobby straight to the white sand beach! The hotel has a community indoor pool and community outdoor hot tub. The outdoor pool was closed due to construction but they do have one whenever the construction is over. They have a few spray fountains for little kids that can not swim yet. Fudpucker’s Bar and Restaurant inside lobby as well as a gift shop. You pay for your chairs and umbrellas for the beach there if you forgot yours at home. Close to Destin commons and a Walmart. Fun times staying.

The Hill’s vacation 2023 Great time!

I would like to rent it for January and February 1500 a month is that a possibility It was perfect location wise and all very clean very spacious

Came for an early birthday celebration for our girls and had the best time. Loved waking up to the beautiful views! Definitely recommend!

Great stay

Annual Vacation My church booked this vacation for me as my annual trip. I knew there was construction going on, but it was to the point of not being able to sleep. Thanks God for the beautiful weather and beaches that I was able to relax. Bathroom curtain rod seem like it wanted to come out the wall and to have maintenance come to fix something you didn't eve know was an issue

When booking I knew there was construction going on, but not to the point where you was not able to sleep. The shower rod felt like it wanted to come off the wall and then to be informed by maintance there was issue with the tube or toilet. If it was not for the nice weather and the beach, this trip was a waste of money and time. Will NOT return

Great stay!

Check in was super easy. Rooms look just like pictures. Everything worked well. Only thing i would complain about was needing more toilet paper and they said they just provide what they think is needed then we buy the rest. At the price i paid for the room toilet paper should not be an issue.

Great location, friendly staff...construction Great location, lovely beach, friendly staff. Clean room. Construction going on, but it was not obtrusive. Limited parking at times though they provide parking across the street--inconvenient.

Sundestin The condo was great and would definitely rent from Sundestin again

Good stay Only downfall was the remodeling going on and the outdoor pool/ hottub being closed.

Construction It would have been better to know about the renovations taking place BEFORE booking this location.

Spring break getaway Beautiful condo with an amazing view of the beach. Had everything we needed and everyone was nice and friendly!

Not comfortable The bed is hard and sofa was nasty and the unit on the balcony is not comfortable sitting out there because it’s blowing out hot air. Sofa is very uncomfortable.

Vacation Excellent

Awesome place. We will be back. Only rule i dont Like was not being able to put your own chairs on the beach to sit in the water unless you purchase a front row chair. Other than that it was amazing.

Concierge Website said complimentary ticks to local atteactions. Upon arrival concierge trued to discount tickets by having us attend a preview of the Wyndham Resort.

We Love Sun Destin We love Sun Destin condominiums. We stay here every year, for the past 6 years. The whole place is always clean, the employees are nice. There is a restaurant inside the building, and it is very good. A gift store inside, with snacks and beverages, and very cute souvenirs. Outside pool, indoor pool and a kids outdoor water play place. I would highly recommend this place. We won’t stay, anywhere else when we visit.

Awesome! We love staying at the Sun Destin! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It is super clean, as soon as you walk in the entrance, and our room, was super clean. The people that work there, are very nice. I would recommend this condo to everyone I know.

Vacay getaway Love staying at the Sundestin!

Loved our stay close to beach We loved our stay. Things of improvement is offering the complamenery tickets as advertised without going for a seminar about vacation homes. Another thing is the tub plug was broke. When we went out to the balcony (they told us smoke free) someone below us was smoking and went up to us everyday. Elevators were slow and some did not work at all. Location was amazing. The amount of towels were good and the tv was good. Shower pressure was low and took a while to get soap out of hair because of this.

Perfect Vacation What a convenient place to stay! Easy Access to Beach, Loading and Unloading Car and Beach was Awesome!

Not impressed The night we got in, we killed a cockroach. The pull out bed cushions have multiple stains on them. On the second night around 12pm we had someone bang on our door so loudly it sounded like they were trying to break in our room. We called management and never heard back from them. Won’t be going back.

Destin We have stayed at other places in Destin over the years and this was one of the best we’ve stayed in - friendly staff with great location and amenities

Rest & Relax The property had recently received some storm damage and looked a bit rough but was working on it. The accommodations and ease of access to the beach was excellent. The restaurant, store, pools, beachside, and condo all in one location made it easy to enjoy beach. Our condo was clean and had a great view of the gulf.

Loved our stay Our stay was perfect. The view was amazing, the place was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing would have been nice to be able to rent a chair on the beach on the first row. All were taken the whole time we stayed when guests didn’t even show up to use their rented chairs.

Great condo We enjoyed our stay. The views were spectacular! Condo had everything you possibly could want. Kitchen very well equipped.

Wonderful vacation! Beautiful view! Clean, comfortable, and attractive rooms. Easy to get to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Little to no wait on elevators. Convenient location to everything. Happy to come back again!

The place is a little dated but the views are excellent. I really enjoyed my stay but did notice a few things that needs some attention. The pullout sofa needs to be replaced. We could smell the garbage disposal as we entered the suite, not a pleasant odor. There too much play in the door; it doesn’t fit snug when it’s closed.

The View is Magnificent The stay was excellent & the view from my room was heavenly.

Enjoyed our Stay Enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. Wish there had been some instructions with the tv, but did not impact our enjoyment.
