Wonderful location This place was great for what we were looking for. Yes, we had to walk just a little ways on the beach to where we could use our own umbrellas, but if we had had a tent then we could have walked right out on the beach and set up. I felt like the price for the room and location was very reasonable. Views are my husband's thing and not only did this have a balcony that you could see on the side as well, but it had a large floor to ceiling window. I gave condition 4 stars just because there were a few things that needed some attention but didn't completely hinder our stay. I let the front desk know and I am sure they will be addressed. This unit could have used some salt and pepper and maybe a few more cooking pans, cookie sheet etc, but overall we made do, and it was a great stay. We will definitely stay at Sun Destin again. The room choice will depend on who all is with us. We loved that this unit had 2 separate rooms and bathrooms.

AWESOME CONDO My wife and I stay at this resort every year. This condo is absolutely one of the best we have ever stay in. It has views that surpass all the other views. will definitely look for this condo in the furture.

Beat view in destin Gorgeous, clean property with stunning views! We loved our stay with the exception of a loud ticking in the walls from 615 - 645 every morning that woke up our entire family for the duration of our stay.

Handicap Access to the Beach We were disappointed that there was no ramp by the stairs that leads to the beach. My friend is handicapped and uses a walker; it was very hard trying to get her down the stairs and on to the beach. The so called “ramp” that the resort has was way over on the other side of the outdoor pool & we had to get someone to unlock it to go through and it makes for a long walk for the handicap person to get to the group on the beach. After going through the gate it is then locked again so if the handicap person needs to use the restroom, you had to go get someone to open the gate again. I feel the resort should be more handicap friendly and have a ramp by the stairs where everyone else accesses the beach. This was my third visit to SunDestin and we love it there. Josh was very professional and very alert to what was going on around the beach area, he was very helpful to us. The young Jamaican girl in the resort store was very friendly and helpful to us also. I am definitely looking forward to our next visit! 👍

This is our third time at Sundestin. Close to everything we needed and of course a beautiful facility and beach. A little disappointed that the splash pad and cover for one of the pools were removed but overall a wonderful place and we can’t wait to come back. Hosts and front office staff were so welcoming and responsive.

We have stayed at SunDestin for the last 9 years and this unit was by far our favorite! It has a modern design and the views were unmatched!!

Not sure I would spend that kind of money again on this condo until the building renovations are complete. I’m sure the facility is usually amazing, but I was surprised by how much was going on during our stay. The main entrance as well as the entire west-wing of the building are under remodel, repair, etc. It took an embarrassing amount of time to find my way to the side entrance, and then the main desk, to check in since the main entrance was blocked off for construction. Condo was nice and clean, but the noise from the construction was heard often and was quite loud at times. There was an obvious smell of fresh paint when we arrived that was heavily covered by a perfume of some sort, and the window in the hallway that would normally be present was boarded up and blocked off… not sealed, just boarded, so the wind and moisture turned the hall into a wind tunnel several nights. Other than that, room was clean, everything worked, the view was amazing, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Place The view is amazing and its newly renovated. The bed was a little too soft and I know this can't be controlled, but they must've been renovating the unit above, and we could hear them banging on top throughout the day and sometimes at night as well.

Beautiful Condo with AWESOME Views! The condo was very nice and clean. The views were absolutely breathtaking! Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful The building inside look kind like (ugly , old, wear), they are working on that they where painting the building outside, but the room beautiful. Everything clean, new, big. The view was amazing. Beautiful!!!! . The location espectacular closed to everything. We really like it. I definitely will come Back next year for sure

The overall unit was fine, but the kitchen had problems with the dishwasher and the electrical outlets on the sink side of the kitchen. We were not able to use the appliances or the dishwasher or the garbage disposal during our stay. The technician was called twice. The first time he fixed the flashing light on the Dishwasher. On the second time he fix the dishwasher so we could open the door and the unit would not fall on the floor. He did not fix the electrical outlets on the window side of the kitchen. Could not use the kitchen except for the refrigerator.

This is now my favorite place to stay!! Perfect location, view, balcony, Everything!!! Being able to lay in bed and watch the waves, sunrises and sunsets was Amazing! I was able to look out of another window from bed and see the lights from town. This condo was perfectly clean and stocked with anything needed for cooking or relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the dolphins from our balcony!! We will be back🥰

Amazing view and location The view from the room, property amenities and the location were amazing. It was too cold for the outdoor pool and beach when I visited so we really enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool!

Great getaway place Unit has amazing views and was everything I was looking for in a property. Will definitely revisit.
