Anniversary Trip There was some construction going on and parking was a little scarce, aside from that this was the best experience and stay. I loved being able to walk to the beach from the condo. The restaurant, the gift shop and how convenient everything was. The front desk staff was amazing and super nice!!!

The overall stay and condo were excellent! We had a great time, and everything was the same as in the pictures. Check in was easy. The only thing I'd had change would be the elevators. It wasn't enough for the number of rooms it held. The pool was great if you had the chance to get in. It pretty much stayed packed, but it is family friendly resort. Great access to the beach was a huge plus. The little restaurant downstairs was delicious, and the beach shop was great. Did not realize the price for the beach chairs to rent but next time we'll do it because it was crowded on the beach and hard to find a spot some days. Family friendly, great service and room. We had an excellent time! Thank you! :)

Great location! Great place! We loved our 4 night stay at the SunDestin Resort. The pricing was too good to not take up, there was some construction going on but we didn't hear any of it as most of our time was spend on the beach or we were out and about during the day. Our room was clean upon arrival and all the essentials we needed, they had some tubber ware which we appreciated to bring down leftovers to the beach. The first night we were trying to watch some TV and had some difficulty with all the remotes, we asked the front desk and the security guard gentleman came up to our room with us and helped - at this point he is security + IT. I would recommend 1414 to all my friends the views were amazing! It was great being able to walk outside and be at the beach and as long as you closed the curtains you would come back to a cool space. The separate umbrella/chairs rental company was easy and loved that they had a on site location in the back to request last minute accommodations. We heard about this place through a colleague and are so thankful they recommended this place! My only complaint was the rug needs a wash or be replaced and the recliner has seen better days but that didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay.

Improvements The kitchen countertop needs some improvement. The chairs on the balcony need to be higher with a high table. The shower head needs to be reduced because it floods the tub and the drain cannot keep up, otherwise our stay was fabulous! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Love it!
Wonderful Stay Beautiful views from the bedroom and living room. We enjoyed seeing dolphins while sitting on the balcony.

Way overrated This was listed as a 5 star property. The rooms were filthy, would not sit on the furniture without a towel, bedroom carpet was filthy. The window in the living room leaked water and soaked the rug. I would never go back again! We paid 572 per night all inclusive and it should have been 70 per night.
Nice place to stay with a friendly family atmosphere . Overall experience was great only downside was there was no WiFi in the room.
Great location This property is so close to everything and the property was kept well and everyone was so polite. Loved having the shop in the lobby if we needed a quick snack.
Exactly what we needed! We arrived about 2 hours early from an 18 hour drive and our room was ready for early check in (priceless). Check in was quick and easy. Sundestin Is beautiful and the staff is friendly and always available. Our condo was exactly as described. The photos of the view from our balcony did not do it any justice. Breathtaking! The beach and ocean were just steps away from our building. Location was perfect!! Condo had everything we needed.
