Family Vacation We truly enjoyed our stay. It’s very important for me to stay at a rental home that is clean and thankfully that expectation was met when we arrived. Thank you very much for hosting my family.

Great condo! This condo had everything we needed. The view was perfect and the location couldn’t be beat. We enjoyed the indoor pool, splash pad, beach service, and hot tub. The condo was clean and we loved the bunks and separate bathrooms. We will be back!

Great time in Destin Nice condo in a resort property. Clean and plenty of room for our family of three. Great views and steps to the beach!

***What you don't know will get you!!!!*** Just the facts. 1. Loud construction going on couldn't hear the tv even in full blast 2. Outdoor pool closed due to construction not in listing 3. Outdoor splash pad pipe broke under ground not worked since last year said snow bird couple. Kids very disappointed! 4. In door hot tube not functioning 5. In door sauna and steam room not funtioning 6. Cant use your own umbrella on the beach!!! "Private property rules" $45 to rent one for a single day!!! 7. In door pool and out door hot tube worked but was over crowded due all other 8. Restaurant onsite was good but kind of high priced 9.Our room had air conditioner exchange unit on the balcony! Very loud and a kid hazard! Beware of this as you cantbe out there and have it running and still here yourself talk! Overall half of the amenities not working or closed due to construction. Listing not clear, booked through onsite property management and when confronted with issues desk manager very unprofessional and rude... Place is going down hill, Dont stay here!!!!

Great location This unit was clean and comfortable we love the location and indoor pool and splash pad!

Wonderful! We only had the pleasure of staying in this unit one night (due to double booking of our other room). We loved everything about it! I especially loved that there was a bath tub (perfect for the kids), and carpet in the bedrooms (helps SO much with keeping sand out of the beds). One thing that kind of stinks (to no fault of the owner)- the washers and dryers are \'community-style\', and there is only one in the area. It\'s hard to find a time when they are not being used. Overall, we absolutely loved this unit and we would definitely stay here again!

Honeymoon it was great for our honeymoon

Wifi Wifi was terrible!! The only reason I wouldn’t book again. Had to do work while there and couldn’t even get my phone to load emails.

Would not go again nor recommend Positive: The burgers and red beans and rice at onsite restaurant though we had to go to kitchen to find someone to take our order Negative: Bathtub EXTREMELY slippery, almost fell twice, ac was in terrible condition place smelled moldy. Carpet needed replaced in master, tiles on floor cracked and needed replaced. Pillows on couch dirty, bed was AWFUL so soft 2 couldnt sleep in it, I slept on couch. Bottom of pools very dirty looking.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5–2 adults, and 3 small children. The view from the balcony was perfect. The place was very clean and kitchen was stocked with the essentials you might need to cook. Definitely recommend!

The SunDestin was under construction while we were there and even though they stated it wouldn’t impact our stay, it did. Nearly every time I entered the elevator a group of workers with dirty items entered also. When we arrived there were exposed electrical in the hallways. The construction noise woke us up every morning before 8am. The location of our room was right outside the elevators and was very loud! Our balcony had a fantastic view of the ocean but sitting out there it was nearly impossible to hold a conversation because of the air conditioner that was also on our balcony. For the most part the condo was clean and had all of the needed utensils as well as pots/pans/crockpot, however hair in the bathroom and a slight moldy smell in the master bedroom was a turnoff. The location was key! The beach was gorgeous and there were many places to shop and eat around.

We loved our stay. The view was incredible and the room was very close to the elevators. It was our first time staying directly on the beach and I don’t think we were disappointed.

Sundestin is not a tourist-friendly or budget-friendly place to stay because many important details are not disclosed before arrival. Although the hotel supplies bath towels and washcloths, guests are expected to wash them themselves during their stay, which becomes expensive because the hotel charges $2.50 to wash and another $2.50 to dry using the washers and dryers located on the property. This creates additional unexpected costs for guests, especially families or anyone staying for several days. None of these extra laundry expenses or expectations were clearly stated on the Airbnb listing or explained during check-in. In addition, the hotel is under active construction, causing loud noise early in the morning throughout guests’ vacations. The construction was also not properly disclosed until after arrival, making it difficult for visitors to relax and enjoy their stay. Overall, the hidden costs, lack of transparency, and constant construction make Sundestin a poor choice for tour.

This place is what it said it was! Right on the beach. Easy access. Would stay again.

This site is currently under construction. The main lobby entrance is closed. You have to go through a side door which makes it very difficult when you arrive/leaving. Carts were really hard to locate. Other than that the location is great and the ocean view from the unit is beautiful!

Positive: Location was fantastic. Place was under construction, but you barely noticed. Negative: The restaurant was great, but it it didn’t open until halfway through the week

This was a wonderful place to stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and just what we were looking for! Check in was easy and the staff was very kind. The one note I have, when I was there the weekend of 3/14/26, the complex was undergoing construction so it was a bit noisy. However, that is completely separate of Scenic Stay- again, they were wonderful- just beware as you will hear drilling, etc. in the morning. All in all, I would happily stay at this condo, or with Scenic Stay again!

Summer Vacation Check-in was fast; they were able to get us in our room sooner than expected. The room was very nice. Food in the restaurant was very good. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

“Construction” is an understatement. You will wake up at 8am sharp to the sound of drilling and/or hammering. Clean but very small, closets full of paint cans and buckets. Really loud a/c unit on the porch. Pictures were dated, different furniture in place now. Pools were clean and cool, water temp was always good. Overflow lot is really far, many spots blocked by construction office and equipment. Gym equipment is all rusty, serves as a walkthrough for spa. Gym equipment not safe, pins won’t go in the weight stack without snapping out periodically. No free weights, no mats. Window in the bedroom on main hallway, noisy and bright.

Beautiful stay We had a great time staying at Sundestin. The construction wasn’t really a worry as we weren’t in the condo most of the day while it was going on. The staff was super friendly!

Beautiful view, terrible construction The room was absolutely lovely, but the outdoor pool, both hot tubs, and splash pad were all closed for construction that lasted all day long. We often woke to grinding and sanding, it was so loud you couldn’t stay on the property during the day. I actually felt really bad for visitors with young children. It became a joke with most of the guests. The restaurant was fantastic. We ate there 3 times during our 5 day stay.

Relaxing Week The room was perfect for what we needed and offered a perfect view of the beach and ocean. We saw dolphins every day from our balcony. The property is walking distance to several beach shops, mini golf, and several restaurants. The Back Porch is just down the beach and had some of our favorite food and drinks from the week.

Scenic View, BUT UNDER CONSTRUCTION!! I was not informed about the Construction before booking😡! The Resort internet worked half the time during my stay! Could not use the Pool due to Construction!! Parking was Limited do to Construction! I WILL NEVER BOOK this Resort again! And for these reasons, I asked for my Resort fees that was charged to be returned to my card!

Scenic View, But UNDER CONSTRUCTION! Ocean view was perfect! But the resort never advised it was under construction! The outdoor pool wasn't available! The internet was OFF/ON during the entire stay!! And parking was ridiculous because of construction!!

Room Condition Love Sundestin, Been staying here for years. Our unit could of been a little cleaner. Sand on the floor when we arrived, Carpet could of been cleaner. There was an odor that smelled like a sewer problem. But over all we had a great stay.

Great Stay It is a great place to stay and be just yards from the beach. The only downfall is that you have to pay to do your laundry rather than laundry being in the condo.

Wonderful The condo was perfect and everyone was so nice! We really enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was having to park 2nd car across the road.

What a View! We loved this condo on the 14th floor. Decor was great, bed was super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the chairs on the back deck. Kinda wish the ac unit wasn\'t on the deck, but it was ok after all.

Wonderful View This Condo was clean, easy to access and everything that we were looking for. It had plenty of dishes, cookware ect. Plenty of towels and everything worked as it should. I was not the biggest fan of the ac unit being on the porch, but it ended up being ok. Loved the location and that there was a restaurant and bar onsite. Overall it was a great stay and very relaxing. Almost forgot, The bed was super comfy.

Unit 1410 The bunk beds were cute and the master bed was comfortable. On the other hand, the kitchen faucet was leaking and the pocket door between the bathrooms did not lock. The potholders should be replaced. The bathrooms are dated. I’m sure there’s not much you can do about this part, but someone kept smoking on the balcony (one time it WAS NOT cigarettes) so we’d have to go inside.

Great Location! Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Additional parking is a good walk away and you aren’t allowed to purchase extra passes.
