Great location in Destin but the A/C needs some attention. Positive: This resort was perfect location right on the beach in Destin. Just don’t get it mixed up with the Sundestin Golf and Beach Resort that is further east. We loved the beach access and enjoying the view from our balcony. Negative: The A/C in our unit had major issues. It ran nonstop but never seemed to cool down any lower than 74 degrees. And it was super loud in the bedroom as it would shut off and on spontaneously. Thankfully we found a box fan in the closet that we used. Wish we would have reported it sooner.
