SunDestin Resort Unit 1210 — Guest Reviews

Perfect getaway! Wonderful property and perfect for my husband!

60th birthday celebration My husband and stayed at this property to celebrate his 60th birthday. We had a wonderful trip and absolutely loved our location!

Perfect! We love this place! We always stay here, but in a different room. This room was just the perfect size for me/husband/18 and 13 year old daughters. Clean clean place and beautiful perfect view of the ocean! We love the convenience of the store and restaurant downstairs. The condo is right in the center of everything! Walmart is about 5 mins away. Only negatives- the sofa mattress was pure springs. Extremely uncomfortable. The AC unit was on the balcony which was super loud and hot when sitting outside trying to relax. The laundromat was a foot away from our room which was awesome BUT they both were broken. Yes, I’d recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Home away from home Prices are on point for location and service. Thanks for making it affordable for retirees on fixed income. This was our second visit and plan on coming back again this fall.

This was our Mother / Daughter trip. This place was amazing. Beautiful and clean. Great location with amazing ocean views. We will definitely be back in the spring.

Overall nice place. Just had issue with how loud the elevators were as the bedroom is near the elevators and lots of people were using them and it was very noisy.

We stayed here for a week for our honeymoon! It was a perfect location for all the restaurants and attractions we wanted to visit! The room was incredibly clean! Honorable mention, the bed was insanely comfortable, which I don’t usually say lol! Overall 10/10

It was very nice

We had a great stay at the SunDestin! It was clean, had a comfortable bed, a convenience store in the lobby, and the unit is right across the hall from the washer and dryer. The unit even had a laundry basket in the closet which was nice to have! The resort pool and beach access were very nice! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a really good time at this property! Perfect size for two! The actual unit was really clean and cute, and had the best view of the water.

The Unit was just fine and had a fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony. Nice balcony furniture as well. The AC unit in the balcony is a bit strange as it takes up too much room and is loud when you’re trying to enjoy some peace and quiet on the balcony. The facility is undergoing renovations which I’m sure will be nice when finished. The restaurant and shop on the premises were nice and the location in Destin is great. Close to everything you need. Would definitely do it again. We even extended our stay as we didn’t want to ever leave :)

2nd room requested The resort as a hold was nice. Our issue was the first room was awful. There was a broken mirror on the floor. It was very hazardous. But that staff was super nice and we were able to get another room. I think that all guests should receive a complimentary umbrella on the beach or be allowed to use our personal umbrella

Wonderful! The condo was very clean and suited our needs. The view was fantastic from the balcony. Would highly recommend!

Great time Hope to see you next year

All washing machines working Nn

Great condo to stay We had a wonderful experience with the first condo we rent. The view of the ocean was wonderful. The condo was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, great location My daughter and I stayed for a week. Very clean and well maintained. Beach, pool, Sauna, etc were all great. Maybe a foam topper for the fold away couch/bed to add more cushion to it. Overall, a great stay. Would stay here again.

Heaven on Earth The view will leave you speachless. We went when it was not too crowded. Quiet accomodations. Everything was well appointed in the condo. Staff of the Sundestin is spot on. We will be back.

Home away from home Very nice condo with amazing views of the emerald water

Beyond a great experience! Very happy with the condo, super clean! Love everything about it. We will definitely be coming back.
