Christmas Getaway Great condo. We have stayed at this complex twice. The only problem is getting in and out. The light doesn’t allow you enough time to turn into the parking lot and to get out. The city needs to address this problem! It is a great complex to stay!
Overall nice place to stay. One of the ladies at the front desk was a bit rude, but other than that the stay was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our condo. The texts and emails from Scenic stays asking us to extend our vacation at a discounted rate were also misleading. We spoke to the front desk about it and to stay an extra night was almost as much as what we paid for the room for 4 nights over a holiday weekend.
The 4 night stay was pretty great here. Any longer and we would have needed a second bedroom for the kids. Location was great. The chair rental guy David was awesome. Had our chairs right on the water. The pull out couch was great for the kids. My only gripe was the water pressure in the shower was very poor, but other than that we had a great time.

Great place!! We loved our Condo at Sundestin. Perfect for 2 adults. Great view and location. Clean. Easy walk to the beach down the elevator and out by the pool. Condo close to restaurants and shopping. Visiting in late September was a nice break from the summer crowds.

It was a really cute room. We ended up adding another day to our stay in the middle of it and they made it super easy to do so. I will definitely book here again in the future.
Great view. Easy process at check in. Construction was going on while visiting. Which made some things a little sketchy. Overall had a good time.

Check in was easy. Parking was a bit of a hassle due to the construction but not a big deal.
It was a nice place to stay. We were never inside except to sleep. We enjoyed the beach and the balcony. The only thing was the shower handle kept falling off and the bedroom needs some type of fan. Also, we wish we knew Fudpuckers left. The new restaurant is not good at all. This may be a factor is staying somewhere else next year!!

San Destin Stay Excellent stay. The only issue was the bed! The bed mattress needs to be replaced! It slept as though the mattress was 15 years or older.
Perfection! This was my first time using Vrbo. The booking process was very easy and the host had excellent communication. This condo was just as beautiful as the pictures! The decor was so fun and creative and the condo was very clean! This unit was right in the middle of the resort and had outstanding views of the water! The elevators were never an issue and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this unit! We are already planning to stay in this exact condo on our next trip.
Great but bad The room was really great clean and a great view. Two issues we had was the building was under construction which blocked one of the garbage shoots so we had to walk to the complete other side of the resort to just drop trash. And the other was on the beach they want you to rent an umbrella and chairs for almost $50 for eight hours. We went and bought our own umbrella and beach chairs and brought them down to the beach put everything up and walked over to the bar to get a drink. When we came back, our umbrella was shut and one of the staff who was very, not rude, but not nice told us we are not allowed to have an umbrella on their beach unless we rent one. This is ridiculous, The resort does not own the beach. The state of Florida does and they acted like it was such a big issue.. for this reason I would never stay there again

Room Some Of The Lights Wouldn’t Work. Some Of The Plug Outages Wouldn’t Work Could Not Watch Tv In The Living Room It Kept Turning Off On Us And The DVD Player Wouldn’t Work We Rented A DVD And Couldn’t Watch It But Loved The View
Ok Condo Some things need to be improved such as low water pressure from the shower head, ceiling fan cannot be ran unless the top light is on. Too many remotes to try and watch tv, very confusing. Mattress needs to be replaced, feels like you’re sleeping in a hole. Had to replace the battery in the thermostat as soon as we got there due to not being able to adjust the air.
Great Stay! We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful with updated appliances. Beautiful view, easy access to the beach, and close to all the main attractions. The only suggestion would be to replace the mattress it was comfortable but sinks in towards the middle. We would definitely stay again.
Exceeded Expectations! We have stayed at other condos in Destin, but this rental was by far the cleanest, most modern and overall, very comfortable. Parking was a breeze, the gift shop very convenient/well-stocked and the restaurant/bar was a "10". Easy check-in, great staff! Close to the beach. Highly Recommended.
The mattress is blown out Everything was great except for the mattress. When this kind of money is spent, a person expects a comfortable bed. Not so in this unit. Decor and updates were very nice. Amenities in the complex as well as the staff were excellent.
Great Vacation Destination We loved our stay here. The condo is exactly as pictured! Beautiful beach views from the balcony. The location is perfect too! We can’t wait to come back!

They forgot everything We checked into the condo and it has no trash cans anywhere in the entire unit. Then half the unit didn’t have electricity for the first day. Then we found not pans or pots to cook in. Spent most of the first day of our vacation trying to get in touch with front desk for things needed. I have stayed at sun destin several times and this was the worst unit by far. Go elsewhere
