Great place and location We really enjoyed our stay and the condo was perfect for our family. The only negative was the outdoor pool was closed due to construction on the building. I went back and look at the listing and it was in small print at the bottom and wish it would had been more visible as it would have changed our mind in booking this location. All in all it was a great vacation and I would stay at Sundestin in the future after the construction is complete.
This was our second visit.The property had construction/renovations going on which was not told to me until I had made the reservation. The hot tub didn’t work and they were pulling up tile throughout the floors. Although none of it hampered our experience. The store hours changed daily and usually closed b/t 3-6. Since you can’t check until 4 by the time you realize you might need something the store is closed. This might be because it’s not “in season” and there is less occupancy. It is a nice convenience that it is a small store. I don’t think LVD should be allowed (under property direction) to line up chairs all across the wave break. Guests are already paying a hefty price for the beachfront room and then paying for beach chairs is a little greedy in my opinion. Half of the beach should be left open for guests that have their own chairs to enjoy being close to the water and not told they have to be behind the 3 rows of chairs. I would suggest a guide on how to operate the tvs as the one in the master bedroom was set up different than the living room and took a minute to figure them each out. Overall this is a good property and conveniently located. We will rent here again.

Four day stay Was not told that the place was under construction. Room was clean but needs a good cleaning.
Our stay was okay I would not stay at sun Destin again but I would stay with scenic stays again. If you walked around this condo for 5 minutes without shoes your feet will be black. The elevators are a nightmare and are 110 degrees. You have to wait 15 minutes to get on an elevator (this is not a scenic stays issue, this is a Sun Destin issue) There are hardly any carts to load and unload, so we had to make several trips to load and unload the condo. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I just would not recommend staying at this specific condo or Sun Destin at all. Our stay was nice overall I was just a little disappointed.
1018 Review Condo was nicely updated. Our microwave didn’t work when we got there but maintenance brought us another one. The air in the master bedroom didn’t blow as hard as the rest of the unit but we kept the curtain closed and door shut while we were gone so it would cool off. Maintenance was helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
The view was Amazing! Very clean and maintained. View was amazing facing the cornof the ocean and the city!
Great Location Great Unit 1018 Great Service Perfect location, quiet, great view of the beach, close to Walmart and restaurants. The main gentleman running beach service was amazing super friendly and remembered my name which made me feel welcomed. Will definitely return.
