We had a wonderful stay! Large family booked three rooms and all three were great. They were stocked with everything we needed for a great trip. Checked in and out was quick and easy. We will return.

Great place. Awesome place to enjoy the beach and all the close entertainment. Splash pad was a big deal for our little guy!! We will be back. What an awesome place.

Not recommend this unit Positive: Ocean view... Negative: The apartment had mold and a very strong moldy smell, making it impossible to sleep in the bedroom.The bedsheet was wet and smelled bad, there was no hairdryer in the room, and for one day, the A/C and the elevator didn't worked...I had to carry all the bags down the stairs from the 10th floor.Renovation work is also underway at this site.

The view was beautiful, private beach entrance and pools, not overcrowded. Only thing was the construction going on our floor.

It was Perfect! Positive: I loved the location, the room being clean, and how family oriented it was. Negative: They were in the middle of construction and it got noisy at times. Also what towels was in our room was all we got, same with tissue paper. We didn’t have someone cleaning our room daily either. Other then that it was AMAZING!!!!

Update & Maintenance Needed Check in was easy! However, parking is limited and the overflow parking is across the street, a block away without any lighting in gravel; behind a closed down Chick-fil-A. Getting a cart to load and unload is a nightmare.The room itself had an old musty smell. The tub and one bathroom sink did not drain well with the tub filling up during a quick shower. The shower curtain fell numerous times in our 6 night stay. The carpet from the bedroom to the tile in the hallway had carpet nails exposed. The AC unit is on the balcony and makes it very cramped and hot/uncomfortable. A section of the mirror in the living room was missing with glue exposed on the wall. Be aware that you may NOT use a personal umbrella on the beach and will be required to rent one until 5:00PM if you want an umbrella. However, you can set up canopy and tents behind the rented ones, which seems ridiculous. Not sure what the difference is between a personal umbrella and canopy on the beach. I will not be booking at SunDestin again.

Our stay The front desk was rude and the room wasn't anything like the photo. The floors were sticky and the room also had a smell. The four free tickets that were offered with our package was not given to us the concierge didn't understand what I was trying to explain. I did enjoy the pool and the hotels location. But the staff were completely rude when I asked locations to the grill area

Nice location and friendly staff Staff very pleasant. Facility is a bit dated but met our needs. Felt more like a hotel. Location was great and right on the beach. Struggled with phone/WiFi connection while there. Nice to have a restaurant and shop on site.

Beautiful view This condo is in major disrepair! Kitchen faucet completely detached from counter. Stove burners disconnected and no pans for baking, roasting, etc. got up during night and stepped on tacks in doorway where carpet board should have been. Furniture old and worn including outdoor mismatched wicker chairs on balcony. New restaurant, under staffed with 1 hour plus waiting time for 1 sandwich order. Paid enough for view AND nice accommodations!
