We had a great time with our family for fall break. The condo was very clean, HOWEVER….we were very disappointed there wasn’t a washer/dryer unit inside the condo. In all of my 43 years of going to the beach I have never not had one in our room. The amenities listed laundry facilities so I assumed they were in the room, it didn’t make it clear. They did have units down the hallway you could pay to use, but that was a huge pain and inconvenience to use so we didn’t bother. Also I hated the fact that if you wanted to be set up close to the water you HAD to rent the umbrella/chair service. Your own stuff had to be set up back behind everything. That is a pain when you are trying to enjoy the ocean view and keep an eye on your children in the water. And who doesn’t let you set up your own umbrellas? Only tents??? Both of these were definite firsts for us, and weren’t communicated in the listing. We always go to Orange beach but wanted to try something different this year. From here on we will be going back to the places we know will have a washer and dryer and will let us set up our own stuff on the beach wherever we want.

This condo had an amazing gulf view. The unit was clean and well maintained. This is our second time staying at SunDestin and we will definitely be coming back. Having the beach just an elevator ride away is a great benefit.

It was very nice,too many remotes fir the t.v.'s which made it hard to figure out,but all in all it was a great place!
The room was very clean upon arrival, balcony view is amazing, and the condo is perfect for 3-4 people in terms of size. Location is very convenient to shops/restaurants and beach access. The only thing I noticed were the bathroom doors wouldn’t close all the way - might be a simple fix for a handyman. The condo building is still under construction but it was not an eye sore or very loud during the day which was great. Some of the pool furniture was outdated and needs a refresh, sea store is just alright, fitness center is decent, and the cafe has a strong fish smell as you’re walking out to the pool which wasn’t terrible but not great either. I’d say if you’re looking for a nice condo in a great location with a beach view balcony then this is a great condo for a small family or couples retreat. Easy check-in, wifi worked great, and check-out process was smooth. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful condo. I would definitely stay here again. It was better in person. Beautiful views and great location. Loved having the ship downstairs for essentials and just fun items.
