We had a wonderful visit and a very positive, relaxing experience staying here. Would definitely do it again. The place is perfect for 4 adults to stay comfortably. Just a few steps from the beach and has a good view from the balcony.
The condo was very clean! They just put new windows and sliding doors in and everything felt very clean including the air. Sometimes older condos can feel moist. But overall it was very clean. The beach was a short walk away! We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend booking chairs and umbrellas online— that’s the only way to get a front row seat. Otherwise you can get a second row seat anytime by walking down to the beach.
In spite of the resort going through a makeover, the room was lovely, and the view was spectacular. Loved that the balcony stretched across from the large bedroom to the living room. Having 1 and 1/2 baths was really nice as well. Overall, we a wonderful time and we will definitely be back.
Everything was great. The little store in the building was a nice amenity. Rent the beach chairs/umbrella WAY ahead of time to get the first row closest to the beach. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. This mattress. We expected that so we brought a mattress topper. Overall, we had a really nice stay and in a perfect location.

Very disappointing I was very disappointed with SunDestin. It was under construction and the noise was bad. There was a guy outside our window the entire trip. We got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes. The door to our unit was difficult to close. There was construction dust all over the chairs on the balcony. The staff in the restaurant and the cleaning staff were rude. The food in the restaurant wasn’t good. And there was hardly any parking. I would not go back to Destin or to SunDestin.
The condo was nice but the property is currently under extensive construction.

Great time I didn't know what to expect at first, had some issues at first but they fix it right away. We love the easy access to the beach. Everything around is easy acess.

Just okay. This place was just okay. The pictures made this condo out to be a nice place to stay, but it was not that at all. The living room furniture is stained and dirty, and extremely uncomfortable. Bedroom furniture was also very uncomfortable. The TV in the living room only works when it wants to. The amenities are advertised to have a washer/dryer, but what they failed to mention is that it’s a public washer/dryer that you pay to use. I could go on and on, but it would be too much to read. Overall, our experience was less than pleasant and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. This place is NOT what it is advertised to be and I don’t plan to stay here again.
