Olson Florida vac Fun stay kids had fun

Great views! It was great! However, a lot of people didn't follow campus rules! Things draped over balcony, loud music late at night, yelling from balcony, and marijuana smoking! I could smell it every time I was on the balcony with my daughter! Didnt seem like staff cared about any of this was going on since nothing was done to stop it. Overall clientelle was less than desirable.

Wonderful September Stay We stayed on the 8th floor, and everything was just great! Room was clean, view was great, pool was nice, beach was awesome, and price was completely reasonable. Will definitely recommend to our family/friends and stay here again!!

Perfect Spot Loved the location. Central to everything and right on the beach! The accommodations were very good since there were only 2 of us, but it might be a little tight for a larger group. Then again we were only in the condo to shower and sleep! 🤗 Would definitely return!!

My only complaint was the Luke warm shower on the nights that we stayed.

Initially the construction going on around condo was waking us every morning at 7 am!! The 800 number they gave us never called us back but the front desk was more than helpful on the second day and moved us within a few hours to a MUCH quieter condo!! Beautiful place

El lugar se encuentra en una ubicación excelente, cerca de muchos lugares para comer. Diferentes tiendas. El departamento está recién remodelado, muy limpio todo. Y con una hermosa vista al mar 🌊 sin duda alguna regresaremos. Excelente atención en recepción.

Nice but not great Construction on property wasn’t relayed at time of booking looks like all the widows are missing Parking is a disaster and having checkin at 4pm is nuts But the units are perfect right on water just wish scenic stays had more pride in their community with splash pad broken lobby needing renovating parking a disaster and building needing a major renovation it seemed

Weekend Getaway The location of the property and the view from the balcony are amazing. We were close to all of our favorite restaurants and all of the main attractions. The check in/out process was very easy and the staff was great. The only negative thing I have to say is that the property is older & could use some updates. We know it's tough to maintain places like this that are right on the beach, though. They were working on the outside of the building (painting) so that will help. The unit itself has doors that are tough to open/close and a towel rack that kept falling off the wall in the bathroom. Also, there is a king size bed in the bedroom and, with the other furniture in there, it is a touch squeeze to get around one side of the bed. Luckily we are both thin, and we were only there for a few nights. None of these issues kept us from enjoying our trip, but we may choose a different unit the next time we stay at this property.

To ScenicStays Couch mattress needs to be replace it is completely worn out!! I can honestly say the stay was awesome, the staff was very professional and nice! I also have to give a big shout out to the the man setting up the umbrellas he was awesome!!!

Bathtub Drain would not drain properly
