Decent stay with some suggestions. This was our 4th time staying with Sundestin and our 4th unit. As far as the unit itself, upon arrival it appeared clean but shortly after we noticed small things like the bathrooms and floor needed attention. The floors felt dirty and left black residue on our feet after just one walk. Aside from that everything else was clean. The beds were comfortable, the linens were fine, ample amounts of towels and everything was fine. As far as kitchen needs, our other 3 stays with sundestin small things like salt and pepper, non stick spray, knives(beside butter knives) are supplied). Not a deal breaker but this unit had none of these. At no fault of the owners the main living TV did go out during our stay but maintenance was able to give us a loaner for the duration as they contacted the owner to replace. Was a little disruption with kids at night but no huge deal with the bedroom tvs. We like to clean as we go and this unit did not have a broom and dustpan available for guest use or any other cleaning supplies for that matter. This would help with the accumulation of sand and make it easier on the cleaning folks at the end of the stay. The location of sundestin is great and we will be back. Guess services are always great and easy to work with. The change of pelicans roost to phat fish seems to be a little bit negative. Prices have increased and service has decreased. The server/bartender has a dry sense of humor and was very rude to several customers. We were here while the facility is under construction and even so, it caused minor disruption to the flow of things and guests. We had an overall great stay and will return in the future. Nice to see improvements taking place.

Calming Ocean View, Clean Units, Care& Clean Package Included In Unit Is Awesome Beautiful views ,Clean Units , Friendly Staff , Inside Stores, & Food. Beach outside wash off areas . ?Washers & Dryers in the main ocean front unit . Is a must. Hassle to walk around up and down for quarters. Also in &out of unit to wash clothes for a big family.

The best We had the best time with our family! The room was updated and clean and the beach is amazing!

As Advertised The condo that we rented was great. It was clean, in a good location, and great for our family.

Our stay The only issues were that the pool was closed and we had to wash towels and rags every day for eight of us . They told us that we could buy a bundle . But I don’t think we should have to do that . There were 8 of us for days .. The hot water in the showers were barely lukewarm. The construction started early in the mornings.

I absolutely loved our stay here! The entire place was super clean, and most importantly, the beds were incredibly comfortable with fresh linens and zero weird odors. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the property felt very private with an amazing view. I easily give this stay a 100/100 and highly recommend it! I was initially worried that the recent hurricane would ruin our vacation, but the host was wonderful. She walked me through all the details and made sure our room was completely ready when we arrived. We will definitely book with her again!

We loved our stay! The view was absolutely gorgeous and definitely one of our favorite parts. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a 5 night stay here and the pictures do not do it justice, it is bigger in person and the location is perfect. I like how each room has its own bathroom which really stood out to us being that most condos only have bunk beds and one bathroom at this resort. The condo was cold the ENTIRE stay and the beds were comfortable! We even brought extra pillow but those were not needed! We didnt have to buy extra wash towels either.. will be back! 10/10

Always a pleasure to stay with scenic stays. We will only stay with them! The view A1. Love love. And can't wait til next year.

Great place, exactly as advertised

Great view, and easy checking process. Room was clean at check in. However, the bathrooms were extremely tiny and the bedding was more like a sheet than a comforter. For the price, I would have like better/more comfortable bedding. Having a view from the bedroom was very nice.

Great location and ocean views from the balcony. Condo can use some modern updating, especially in the bathroom and kitchen. Utensils and pots needs replacing.

Overall, we had a good stay and really enjoyed our vacation. The seventh-floor oceanfront balcony was absolutely beautiful and our favorite part of the trip! The condo does need some maintenance. We had to plug and unplug the bedroom ceiling fan to use it, and there were several other small things that needed attention. The bathrooms were smaller than expected, the comforters had an odor, and the condo looked a little different in person than it did in the online photos. The elevators were also slow and often busy. During our stay, maintenance work was being done, so workers were on scaffolding outside our balcony at times. It wasn’t ideal, but we understand improvements have to be made. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and with a few updates and repairs, this would be a great place to vacation.

Loved where we stayed and will definitely be back!

Great Resort! Everything was nice and clean. The only problem I had was the conditions of the beds. The one I slept in was sinking badly in the middle and I didn’t get a good nights rest because of it.

Great unit and location Loved our unit and the complex! Close to everything and very clean. Can’t wait to go back!

Great Stay The unit was clean. Balcony view was great and the close convenience to the beach was also good. Centrally located to many attractions.

Excellent location & view Enjoyed staying here!!! Loved the location in Destin; great beach view, especially from the balcony! The beds were comfortable & good size televisions. Clean & updated condo. Master bath was small with only 1 sink & no washer/dryer in room (instead located down the hall & paying extra wasn’t ideal).
