SunDestin Resort Unit 0703 — Guest Reviews

Excellent condo with great views Great location and the front desk was excellent during our 2 week stay. Highly recommend!

Great condo Perfect place for a couple or family. Great beach area and all staff very kind & helpful. I would definitely come back for another stay.

Anniversary weekend First time in Destin. Beautiful!!! Very nice condo n very clean!! Perfect view!

Perfect location! Over looks the pool and beach. We loved our stay this was perfect for our family of three. My son enjoyed dancing on the balcony that over looked the beach and pool. The room was a good size. It even had a blow dryer I was excited about that because I forgot mine. They have a gift shop located in resort if you needed any souvenirs. They also had a restaurant which was perfect we grabbed a couple of drinks and got my son some pizza. I would definitely book again.

Beautiful condo! I had the BEST TIME! This condo is beautiful, clean, well appointed, the AC works fantastic and the view is stunning. The 7th floor was a perfect height to see everything but not in the “middle” of everything below. The bed is really comfy. I also fell asleep on the couch listening to the waves. The ocean sounds carry down the hall to the bedroom as well so I could hear them in there too. So nice! The staff was super friendly, the access to the beach was super close with showers right there. I highly recommend this property! I will return for sure! Another guest said the AC unit (in a cabinet under the TV in the bedroom) would wake them up when it turned on. It did me too but when I turned the AC down low it stayed on through the night and it was fine. For the property owners: the screen door wheels need to be repaired. A tip for guests: lift up on the screen door handle and it will roll easier. Don’t miss the devotional book in the living room. I loved it so much I ordered one on Amazon!

Our condo was amazing, the view from the balcony was awesome! Only a couple of disappointments in the room, the air-conditioning was located in the bedroom in a cabinet under the TV, when it turned on there was a huge popping sound which in the middle of the night would wake us up and literally scare us. 2nd issue, need ramps going onto the deck from pool to ocean. Too many folks these days carrying wagons. Also need tables and umbrellas at pool area overall, loved the resort.

The condo was great very clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the beach. Our stay was very enjoyable overall. The only downside was that personal beach umbrellas are not allowed, you have to rent an umbrella, which can become pricey. You are allowed to bring a tent, but it must be set up behind the rental chairs and umbrellas. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay!

The property was very clean it had a wonderful view! The whole experience was amazing! Will definitely stay there again! Was our first time at Destin but won’t be our last. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice didn’t use it stayed on the beach!!

Nice little getaway

Let people know when construction is going on...front entrance closed part of day...only 2 elevators working.

Perfect view. The staff was friendly and respectful. Perfect view of the beach.

Ok place The condominium itself is old. Restoration was going on while we were there. They did inform us of this prior to booking. The guys that handled the beach chairs and umbrellas were very nice and accommodating. The bed in the unit was very squeaky when just sitting on the edge. There is no washer/dryer in the unit or Keurig type of coffee maker. Not a deal breaker, but for the same amount of money, there are better places to stay.

Amazing! It has everything one could need - a balcony, on-site restaurant, on-site convenience store. Will be back!

Very nice Out stay was very nice and will be even better when the construction is complete. Every employee that we met was very kind and helpful.

Great vacation! Wonderful stay and beautiful view! Everything was great! Only recommend changing out balcony chairs /table to a taller set to better see over balcony but other than that we loved everything.

Great vacation Beautiful property and amazing view!

My review Everything was GREAT!!

Could have been a little better We had trouble with loud music being played next door and also animals/rodents in the ceiling making racket making it hard to rest. Beach and pool were nice. Location good.

Beautiful Loved it. Weather was great! God is Great!

Condo rental Shower had low pressure.

Need more clean But is good place

Clean unit We like to sit on the balcony a lot. Would have preferred taller chairs as the ones there put line of site right at the railing-however we knew that when we booked. Was a little surprised at the cheapness of the paper towels and toilet paper. Couldn’t get the coffee maker to set time but we had one of our own so we used ours. Numerous times the AC made a lot of noise when it kicked on.

Stay Very nice will definitely recommend

Rating Condo needs updating…new floors, paint, furniture, kitchen countertops, etc. I noticed a ceiling repair that was done whoever did an awful job! otherwise, it was a comfortable setup.

Great trip Had a great time. Room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely book here again.

The staff was very friendly and accomadating. Thank you

Lodging Condo was not as clean as I expected. There was mold on wall near ceiling in half bath. The entry way, including door, was very dirty.

Beach trip Great location and awesome balcony!! We will be back

Great getaway from cold weather Unit was clean, had everything we needed, bed was comfortable, the view from the balcony can’t be beat!

Loved this place We stayed on the 7th floor and had a great view of the beach. The small restaurant in the lobby was perfect with a simple menu and friendly staff. It’s convenient to several great restaurants too.

very quite clean and nice was very nice and would go back again

Sun Destin resort This condo was perfect. We were 7 stories up and was able to enjoy the wonderful view of the beach relaxing on the balcony. The set up was perfect and the bed was super comfortable! The condo definitely felt welcoming. I also loved the beach access, pool area, in hotel store, & dvd rentals.
