My husband, daughter, and I had a blast at our condo in SunDestin! We came to celebrate our first anniversary on the ocean and chose this resort due to the many amenities and convenient location. The lobby was very clean and the folks at the concierge desk were polite and helpful. The condo itself was clean, well decorated, and the view of the ocean was stunning. Despite the construction, SunDestin managed to be very lovely and inviting. We will definitely be using to SunDestin as our go to for our future trips to Destin.

As advertised

The place was overall great to stay at; right on the water, close to most things we wanted to do, they even gave us a coupon book that included things we were planning on anyways, so saved us a few dollars as well. Our issue came with parking - we were under the impression that since we had a parking pass we would be guaranteed a parking spot at the resort, but the specific spot was first come first serve (ie how close you were) NOT if you even got a spot at all. We had to park across the street, in what appeared to be a completely unmonitored lot, cross the busy highway with our things, and then repeat the next morning to go get our vehicle. It felt unsafe for me and my vehicle but we had no choice. For that, we will not be staying here again and will be choosing a neighboring resort.

Location was good but the outdoor pools needed a lot of work not to mention the workers on the floors were outside our bedroom condo early morning didn’t know they were doing construction. The floors in our condo were filthy we asked for a mop or can they mop it also it’s misleading about laundry there’s no washer and dryer it gets expensive when you’re there for a week having to use the coin washer/dryer. I loved the sugar sand beach.

Clean room, great beach view and friendly staff. The construction is still going on, which is a little annoying. But, it was still a nice place to stay. Close to everything.

The place was clean and perfect

We had a great time! Very clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped kitchen. Loved sitting on the balcony Rocking chairs listening to the waves! Great view! Even, still under construction, it did not impact us.

Beach getaway 2025 First time staying, great beach view, easy beach access ,fully furnished, friendly staff, would recommend and will stay again. Beach attendent David went above and beyond to help not only us but everyone .

Great condo! Can't beat waking up to the beach and waves each morning! We really enjoyed our stay at SunDestin! Would visit again!

Great view and location The location and view are excellent. The room seemed a little dingy and the bed was not comfortable. But everything else was great!

Book someplace else not worth the money We saved for months to book this vacation. We arrived on the 6th Fl the hall rugs were stained and filthy. The floors in the unit were sandy. The outdoor pool under construction still the indoor pool was not that clean either. It was noisy due to under going major construction as well On the positive the server in the pelican restaurant was great - the beach service for chair rental was pricey but Joey and Dave were fantastic and the view was nice from the balcony. Find someplace else to stay perhaps in SanDestin this place was NOT worth the price.

Will Stay Again Location is great, all of the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Loved everything about our stay!!

Great place! We have stayed at sundestin for the past several years! Have never had a bad experience! Have stayed in several different rooms and all have been great!
