Labor Day weekend Really enjoyed the Resort and the room. Only recommendation is to include one pot of coffee, filter, cream and sugar in your set up packages of soap pods etc. Had a small issue with the shower, they came to fix it immediately wow what excellent service! Way to go, definitely returning only to SunDestin and bringing my family!
Family Vacation Overall we had a good time and the staff was great! However the unit itself, could have been a little cleaner. The carpet looks very old and not clean. The couches had little stains on them like they weren't clean and there was a leak in the kitchen from the air conditioner vent. The unit itself needs to be upgraded. The Wifi hardly ever worked!
New Destination Spot Everything was super nice and convenient! The access to the beach couldn't have been better and the kids loved the splash pad and the pools. Our teenager felt grown being able to visit the Pelican restaurant to get her virgin drinks also!
Fantastic experience! My wife and I stayed 4 nights at the Sundestin, for our 24th anniversary. Customer service was top notch. Make sure you see Amy and Collette at the concierge desk, next to check in. These two made us feel welcomed instantly. They were super knowledgeable of the area and helpful. Thank you Ladies! Our condo was perfect! Even with some light construction, for their make over going on, it was perfect! Most beautiful beach I've ever been on!
Stay Everyone was incredibly nice, location was fine and it was very clean but the condo itself is getting in bad shape. Carpet worn, microwave handle broken, not painted in some places, older furniture. Everyone uses keurig but this still has old style coffee maker, Restaurant was ok but got our order wrong a couple times. Not sure I’ll be heading back there or certainly wont select that unit. That room is Not worth that amount of $.
Great location and attractions and beautiful beach. Only shame is how one company has bought up the entire beach and wil Positive: Perfect location right on the beach with many restaurants and things to do nearby. Negative: Our particular room had a very distinct and strong musty smell. It was clean but the smell was very overpowering and made you think of mold and moisture being present.
Overall value was worth it! Positive: The property was clean and the facilities were very convenient! Staff were helpful and the beach access was perfect! Negative: The pull out couch was broken the mattress had harsh springs and it sagged to the floor, we did message the property and received a callback while we were in the water. I returned their call and agreed to a rollaway bed for my son to use in place of the couch but did not hear back. He ended up sleeping on the living room floor! Balcony furniture not as pictured.
Our overall stay was pleasant and staff were very friendly. Positive: The location and size of the condo were great. It was very clean when we got there. Negative: The pull out sofa was worn out and definitely needs replaced. The lobby smelled like old fish, it permeated the entire floor. Wouldn't go near the restaurant because the smell was so bad. The chairs on the room balcony were not great.
Positive: The balcony views and location Negative: We came back on Sunday night and our room smelled like a sewer. They had to change our room.
The condo was beautiful and so clean! We had a great weekend. The ocean front stay is amazing.
Overall it served a purpose but I don’t think we will stay there again 😇 Positive: The property was on the strip and in great proximity to grocery stores. A lot of construction and the experience from the staff 2 years ago was amazing! Fitness equipment not up to par and the couch was dated. I used the extra linen to cover it. Maybe it’s an older Unit. Negative: The couch and construction. Smelled a bit old to inside of the Unit.
We liked the condo. However we had a few issues?Only had 1 night stand. We needed 2 night stands as we both use CPAP machines. So one of us did without our CPAP machines. No dresser for clothes. Very frustrating. Unit was not very cool. Really hot at night. Bathtub needed a rubber mat to help prevent falls. The sofas are very old and uncomfortable and not easy to get up from. We are older guests so our needs might be different than others.

Dated room and construction all over property The room itself was fine but dated. Construction is loud, messy, and happening all over the building. They nickel and dime you on the beach and force you to rent chairs from them.
disappointment Was very disappointment in the condition of the unit. It does not appear as it does in the pictures. The carpets are disgustingly dirty and there are stains on the furniture. There is also something wrong with the kitchen sink because when you run the water in the left side it smells and there is a bucket underneath which indicates a problem. I would hope that owner do some updating and replace the carpet and furniture, dirty carpets and furniture make for an unpleasant smell. We left a day early because we could not take it anymore.
disappointment The unit was not as clean as the pictures, the carpet and furniture was very dirty and there was a smell, also one of the kitchen sinks would smell if you ran water in that side and there was a bucket underneath indicating a problem. I/we were not happy with our unit and we left a day early because it was just to much.
Great Location Nice place overall Sun Destin is a great location. Cond was clean. Guest service was fast to address my slow draining tub and fix my door. Door would not stay latch. Maintenance came right away to correct it and made me feel safe. Place needs some updates but over all a fabulous place. Loved that there is a bar and restaurant on the premises. If you didn't want to fight the traffic for dinner this was a great place to get a bit to eat or a snack while out on the beach.
604 stay Checking in personnel was wonderful. Checking out she was rude. The kitchen was perfect. The carpets were filthy. Bedroom and living area. Air conditioning was very very loud! Made it difficult to sleep it was so loud. Had to run because temp was high.
Loation Location Locations The location and beach views are wonderful. Property is well maintained. Staff was excellent. Concierge, was disappointing as it was only a timeshare representative. Our unit is dated, and showing it's age. HVAC is very noisy and shower water flow was not great, as well as a quite slippery. My favorite place was sitting on the patio!

Condition Floors were not that clean, especially around doors in bathroom. Also, bathroom linen closet met would not close and would interfere in closing bathroom door. Electrical outlet behind sofa was completely brown as I was afraid to plug in cell phone charger due to a fire hazard. However excellent view of beach.
It was beautiful. The resort was clean and the view was spectacular.

Good condo! We enjoyed our stay in this condo! Very clean, comfortable bed, beautiful view. Room is a little outdated and had a slight musty smell but overall was a good place to stay for the price. Also love the pelican’s roost restaurant in the lobby, they have great food and drinks!
Not happy Place was dirty an I mean dirty an someone got into are room front desk said a breeze blew door open the door is heavy an wasn’t any wind on that side of building not very happy about someone entering are room an yes I made sure it was shut every time I left
Microwave handle broken and dishwasher did not respond I noted what I saw in Unit 604 last week and told the front desk to make a note of the issues. They did say they would look a it right away, but it wasn\'t being used so no real issue. We ate out during the visit and I told the front desk that it wasn\'t an issue with but needed some attention noted to the owner. Good location
Great Location The condo has a perfect location, clean and roomy. Staff is very helpful and accommodating to all situations. Loved our stay and will be returning as soon as possible!!
