Springbreak 2022 View was incredible! Condo was clean but needed some updating. Has everything you need. Master bedroom was a little small to get around but we made it work. Overall a great deal for our family! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!

Just ok Tiny condo. The bedroom didn’t even have room to walk around the bed. The kitchen was only big enough for one person at a time. The pull out was so thin my disabled mother could feel every bar in her back. I couldn’t let her sleep in the bedroom because of there not being room to walk around the bed. Couches were dirty. Did not like that I wasn’t told I couldn’t have my own chairs and umbrellas before hand. Had to pay over $500 to sit on the beach using items I already had. Not handicap accessible. My mother fell twice trying to get up and down stairs. Really hard to get into and out of the parking lot. Parking is terrible. Construction still going on yet the place still looks like it’s from the 80s. Apparently they have been updating but can not tell. Will not stay here again.
Great Location We would stay in this unit again. We've been coming to the SunDestin for years, and we love it. This unit was a little drab and dated, but over all quite nice. It could be a lot better with some bright colors and updated furniture. That said it is still a great unit, and I wouldn't let that deter me from the unit. Pros: Clean. Bunks in the wall. Location. Cons: The patio furniture was inadequate. I had to log into work for a bit in the mornings an had to do it from inside because the tables outside were tiny cheap plastic. Looking at the other balconies, this one fell short.
Great Experience Condo was lovely, ocean views and sounds were just what I was looking for. Renovated, clean, and comfortable.

Loved being right on the beach The staff was great loved being right on the beach the condo was great nice and clean felt like home couldn't ask for a better place to stay will be staying again
Awful Room was switched, had a view of mainly the parking lot but what was worse was that it was a dark secluded area in construction. I never received any calls about this issue until I checked in at the property. It was chaos when it was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. The manager was never available. had I know this, I would have made other arrangements.
Room condition Overall the room was good. The fridge had broken pieces left and had to be taken out so it didn’t hurt anyone. The stove burners didn’t all work and you had to keep doing trial and error to see which could be used. The stainless pans look great but non stick would be better. One kitchen chair doesn’t have the seat attached by any screws and you have to be careful when you sit. View was excellent and enough space for the 6 that stayed.

Pretty Great
Very dirty and outdated condo This condos pictures were very deceiving. Stains on furniture, gross, outdated, not very clean. I would not stay here again I will say it had a nice view.
Not what I had hoped for. This property wasn’t terrible, but definitely had its flaws. The coffee pot didn’t work, and leaked all over the floor. There was no washer and dryer in the room. The internet and tv in the bedroom did not work. The wifi only worked towards the balcony and living room. You will have to wait atleast 15 min to get on the elevator.
The Property is Just OK The unit is beat. That is the best way to describe it. It is old, outdated, and showing its age. The sink in the kitchen had a bucket under it to catch leaking water. There are rust stains in all of the bathrooms. The floor was not vacuumed after it was mopped and so it had sand on it when we walked in. The building and facilities are beat too. As long as you know this and understand it then you'll be fine. Everything worked and we enjoyed our time in Destin but we won't be staying at this property again. We expected it to be nicer for the money per night we paid.
You are paying for the view and location The property is older and has been rehabbed to a point. Don't be fooled by the pictures online as the units appear to be bigger than they are. Remember and you will find that you are paying for the view and location on the beac and both are spectacular. It's because of that view that I didn't mind paying what I paid in the end. Also the gift shop has great coffee and pretty much anything else you need except a newspaper So that was very convenient. Also the staff are all very lovely.
Relaxing Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and people watching. Great pool, enjoyed shopping at the market in the lobby. Had a great time
Beautiful View of the Gulf of Mexico The property was very clean and neat. The view was spectacular! I recommend this property if you love the beach. We saw dolphins swimming everyday!! Just a short walk to the Back Porch my favorite restaurant!! Overall it was GREAT!!!
Descent The condo needs updated but was clean and had everything we needed. The beach chair guy was a little rude because we had moved a couple chairs later in the day 🙄 but overall had a great time. The laundry situation was also a little annoying trying to get quarters and only having one washer and dryer per floor. Just some constructive feedback 😁
