Great place to stay! This was our third time staying at Sun Destin resort and we really enjoy this place! This is a fantastic unit with a great view of the water and beach. We really enjoyed staying in this unit. It’s the perfect sized unit for a family of 5-6 people.
School Vacation My three children and mother spent a wonderful week in 601. Everything is conveniently located and easy to get to. The condo was clean, well kept and just what we needed. The check in and check out process were easy! The staff were also friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend visiting and cannot wait to go back!!!!
Great room and condo Room 0601 was an amazing room with a lot of space for a family. Up to date decoration, great balcony furniture. We will definitely try to stay in this room again. My family and I stay at sun destin every year, and this was one of the best rooms we have stayed in. High recommend
Amazing rental 601 This unit was amazing. Had everything I needed in kitchen. Very handicapped friendly as my Aunt was in a wheel chair. View was great. Comfy bed and furniture. The staff at the resort was very accommodating. We used the pool lift to take my aunt swimming. She really enjoyed that. Lots of things to do at this resort bar and restaurant had good food and was easy to order pick up. Location in Destin was perfect. We will stay again. Thanks!
Never disappoints I love staying at the Sundestin. I’ve been here on multiple trips. This unit was great and worked well for a girls trip.

I wish I would of known the place was under renovations. It was still a clean place to stay right on the beach.
Unit is nice, host was responsive and the view and beach property are solid overall and will consider staying here in the future. Note the resort was undergoing renovations and some things weren't accessible or under repair (lobby restaurant, hot tub, deck to beach, main entrance of building). Also verify the beach service vendor (La Dolce Vida) minumums and rules for personal chairs and umbrellas.
Wonderful This was our 4th year staying at Sundestin. Had a great stay and our unit was perfect! Staff was on point as usual. The upgrades to the building look great! Our only semi disappointment was the “new” restaurant. Really missed Pelicans and their yummy frozen drinks we’d get daily while soaking up the sun.

Was a nice unit and great views. The unit doesn’t have any extras like salt and pepper or left over water toys like you might find in other rentals that we have stayed when in Destin. They do provide a basic box for the dishwasher and washer. The faucet in the primary bath was hard to operate/turn for some reason. Also the toilets acted odd when flushed. Might have to do with the overall construction going on at the complex.

Destin vacation We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to friends 😊. The only thing that would make it better would be shuttle services in town. The traffic can be crazy at times!

A good time Very easy booking process and a good time was had by all. The unit was nicely equipped.
Beautiful condo The unit itself was true to the pictures - nicely updated and appointed. Well situated on the 6th floor looking right out on the beach it was a very pleasant location. The property amenities such as on-site store and restaurant were quite useful. The beach was great and attractions/dining offsite were close at hand.

Great stay, but beach was crowded The condo was clean, in a great location, and close to everything. Only thing is the beach gets a bit crowded. They set up 4 rows of umbrella sets and it can get crowded during busy seasons. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
Other than Ac unit everything else was fantastic Consider getting your ac look at or invest in a new unit because the ac unit ran non-stop just to keep the condo at 72. The condo never got cooler than 72. Which is not normal. The thermostat was on 70 and auto but the unit never stop running because it was trying to get down to cooking. I requested a fan from property manager when I cooked meals because the thermostat would rise to 80 degrees. I know the power bill is ridiculously high because this issue.

Our stay We have been coming here for the last 3 years. Service is awesome. Rooms are always super clean. Beach is beautiful. We always recommend this place to family and friends. We will most definitely be back.
