Wonderful stay. Condo very comfortable. Turquoise and blue perfect serenity. Nice and clean. The view was amazing. Literally oceanfront. That is always my preference. This was a great birthday getaway for my 55th with my hubby. I took full advantage of the balcony and even had dinner one evening on the balcony. Was there from Easter Sunday - Thursday 4/9/26

not again Was not made aware the pool was closed, construction was going on at the property, painting being done at property. Room was definitely low budget/half updated. Condo smells like mildew/mold. Cabinets peeling, fridge is rusty, rug was disgusting and stuck to your feet, baseboards look like they was done by some shade tree handyman, bed was way oversized for the room size not to mention every time you moved the headboard hit the wall so I stuffed the spare blanket behind it, mattress was a bit hard, hung over the base of the bed, couch would squeak if you moved while sitting on it. Door lock on wall was not useable, framing around lock was busted and had clear silicon on it to hold it together. Definitely will keep driving past it the next visit.

Went for vacation with my husband. Great that it’s by the beach but needs some updating. Other than that stay was great.

Convenient location but overpriced. Lots of rules for an Airbnb. Feels like a lot of different companies working together so trying to reach out for info felt like a chase since no one knows anything about the other party (prime example, trying to rent an umbrella). Room/baseboards needs repainting and tons of touch up and appliance replacement. Toaster is a fire hazard - hot metal wire is smoking out of it when on. Dishwasher rack doesn’t roll out and door closes roughly. Couch feels dirty and the couch mattress is only like 5 inches thick and cushions were never washed. Construction on our floor the entire week we stayed. Being beach front and having an ocean view on the balcony is the only good part.

I’d give this place 3 stars. The location is definitely the highlight—great access to the beach and very convenient to nearby amenities, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. However, the unit itself was very dated. The couches were extremely dirty with random spots, and the appliances were old to the point where you could see rust on the refrigerator. The pull-out couch was uncomfortable—cold, springy, and offered little to no support—and the bed was not much better in terms of comfort. The air unit filters were also very dusty and clearly in need of cleaning. There was construction going on during the stay, which limited access to certain areas and took away from the overall experience. In the end, the location is what made the stay worthwhile—not the condition of the interior.

Destin 2024 The location was perfect. This condo had everything we hoped for! Definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to stay! The location is PERFECT. Beach is right downstairs. The balcony was so nice to hang out on. Near tons of restaurants. We had such a great stay here!

Great place great location Great buikding in a great location. Heart of Destin, near all the best restaurants, beaches and attractions. Construction was mentioned before I booked but the outdoor pool was closed which was a surprise. All in all great place, and I’m sure the ongoing improvements will make it better.

Great We had a great time staying here! Just a few small things would have made it perfect. A couple of extra hooks in the bathrooms for face cloths to hang as the vanities are to small to put them on, hooks would be perfect. Also in the shower it would benefit from having a shower rod that curves out to give you move space. You can buy these at Walmart, Biglots etc. for a small price. While the fridge was very clean, the outside of it looks dirty. A little bit of white paint to clean up the look would go a long way. These are simple and cheap ways to update this condo. Overall we really enjoyed it here and will look forward to booking it again in the future 😀

Great Overall We had a great time staying here! There is just a few small things that would have made it better. Having a few hooks on the walls in the bathrooms to hang face cloths on as the vanities are to small to put them on. Also in the shower have a curved rod to give you more space. You can buy these at Walmart, Biglots etc. for a pretty cheap price. One other thing, while the fridge was very clean, the outside of it appears dirty. A little bit of white paint would make it look much better. These are all simple cheap fixes that would enhance our stay. Overall we loved the unit and look forward to staying here again! 😀
