SunDestin Resort Unit 0403 Beachfront Resort Condo w/ Pool & Gulf Views — Guest Reviews

Perfect View! We were beyond pleased with this resort, and this specific unit blew us away with the stunning views! My kids, ages 12 and 15, said the bunk beds were the most comfortable beds they have ever stayed in! We enjoyed sitting on the comfy chairs on the balcony, as we started and ended each day looking at the ocean. The bathroom had been recently updated, so we loved having the large shower! Also, having two sinks and two vanities made getting ready so easy. This unit is located right by a trash chute, which was also convenient. Seriously, book this unit and this resort! We will be back for sure. We went to the little store in the resort multiple times a day, loved the food at the restaurant, and found the walk to the beach to be amazing. We made so many memories. Oh and the couch was so comfy too!!

It was cozy and right on the beach! Positive: It was right on the beach, had a restaurant, small shop, and dvd rental!! Negative: We thought each unit had washer and dryers. Instead it’s a community washroom.

We have stayed at this condo several times. The view is breath taking! However, this stay was different than the others. The only two balcony chairs were broke as we were unable to sit back in them due to one side being broken on each. I called Scenic Stays and sent them pictures. I didn’t hear back until I messaged them two days later into our stay. They said they were following up with their local team. We never heard anything back. There was a nob missing on a kitchen cabinet, warped and damaged bathroom door, trim missing in bathroom, paint supplies left in the bedroom with unfinished painting in the closet, and a light bulb out in the bathroom. I gave this place 4 stars due to the above. I’m a host myself and would never leave a place like this for guests that spent thousands of dollars on their stay.

Very nice place, we enjoy our stay!

I will never not stay at sundestin when traveling to Florida! My favorite location, so convenient with all the stores & beach right outside. Don’t have to worry about looking for parking space just to go enjoy the beach side

I would stay here again Positive: I loved the location of the property and the unit was very clean and updated. Negative: I do wish there were more chairs on the balcony instead of just 2, everyone couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the balcony and they were still doing construction on the property around us which didn’t bother us as far as noise but a lot was unfinished mostly the splash pad was not running yet and the hot tub was not hot and messed up unfortunately. But the room itself was great!

This is a great place for a family to stay.

Great trip to destin. Some amenities. Left for us thanks. We had a Clean room.Great location. The hotel did have some updating work going on I was not aware Other than so we had a great vacation With the balcony and kids love the bunks. Thanks again!

Staff very kind and friendly… on going construction took away something. Positive: We liked the location Negative: That we weren’t made aware that there would be a construction site

Sun Destin Condo was amazing, was exactly how it was shown on internet. Very clean facility. Private beach was amazing. Security was on it. Only downfall, the people upstairs from us smoked dope all the time nd we had to smell it while on our balcony.

Nice Unit This unit is beautiful. Its so nice to have upgraded sinks and shower, countertops compared to other units at SunDestin. All cookware was great and sofa being leather was a plus! If this unit had upgraded flooring i would likely stay here every summer. SunDestin needs some work, i was aware that the outdoor pool was not available but during the 3rd day , the inside pool, splash pad, hot tub, showers, and sauna were all out of commission for a couple of days. The trash chutes nearby are not open and the check in drive up area was also blocked off so it was a mess upon check in. SunDestin needs help, however the units are great! My heart goes out to the owners of these rentals.

Spring break The apartment was clean and well equipped. Loved my view from the balcony

Great getaway spot. Great location to most things Destin. It will be nice when there is not construction happening and the pool is open. Restaurant in lobby has good food so no need to go off property for lunch.

Cozy room The room we rented was very nice and clean. Property was in a great location, the only issue was that the complex was under renovation. The hammering would start early in the morning and it was not in the listing that this was going on. Had I know that we would have booked elsewhere. Check in process was easy. But once checked in we were moved to the next window for a welcome packet. The welcome packet was a lady from Wyndham Hotels trying to sell time shares who would not take no for an answer. Probably would not book here again.

Great vacay Had an awesome experience

Excellent place to stay! This unit was very clean. I was impressed by the presence of security around the building and at the front desk. I did not notice that on our previous trip last year. We will definitely be back! Nothing negative to say. All positive! Thanks!

Comfy and clean Unit was great and as described. Full unobstructed view of the beach from the balcony. Unit was very clean, had comfy beds and furniture, and had all the cooking essentials. The coffee maker is a drip machine - wish they had a Kuerig.
