Please holiday The condo was very nicely decorated, light and bright. It had all the amenities we could ask for with a beautiful view of the beach.

Nice Stay 302 was a nice place to stay for a small family. The location is perfect. Open the sliding doors and you hear and see the ocean! Didn't love the musty smell, but hard to avoid that on the ocean. Place was neat and clean and front desk staff was extremely nice.

My husband and I went on our first extended vacation. (We’ve been together almost 7 years) So, expectations were really high. From the moments we walked into the room, we were instantly wowed. The condo was beautiful, the view was amazing and the weather was perfect. We received an email prior to us getting there saying there will be construction but, the only construction we noticed was the flooring in the hallway, on our floor was torn out. (Floor 3) Which wasn’t an issue at all. Beware of jellyfish! Good thing the water is crystal clear so you can see them coming. We had the most lovely stay & will definitely return to SunDestin & stay with Scenic Stays!!

Great location with a beautiful view of the gulf. There had been previous complaints about the refrigerator leaking and the shower light being problematic. Although it was assured that these problems were fixed, the refrigerator was still leaking during our stay. The shower light was also halfway off and looked like it was going to fall off any minute. The AC system is extremely loud and can make it hard to sleep at night. Also lots of noise from construction as early as 8am. Overall still a good stay and I would consider choosing this place again.

We stayed in Sundestin 302 and the staff were so friendly! The room was perfect, it was clean, had a beautiful balcony with view, and was the perfect size! I loved how for only having one bedroom it had a double sink/toilet! The location of this room is great too because it was right near the steps on the side of the building and for being only the 3rd floor it was sometimes more convenient to use the stairs instead of the elevators through the middle of the building. The store in the lobby is so convenient and has toiletries, food, drinks, ice, beach items, etc! There is also a restaurant which is perfect for getting food/drinks coming to from the beach/pool! Would love to stay again!

Would of been a 5 out of 5 except for a few things. 1) The refrigerator leaked from underneath. 2) The toilet where the shower was ran all night and day. which we had to turn the water off from the valve to sleep. 3)Smelt a little moldy. could have been from the construction going on. 4) The faucet in the shower was way loose when you pulled knob for water to switch. 5) light above shower did not work. 6) doors from bathroom to bathroom was very tight and didn't shut. With all that being said and if these issues are addressed for the future guests this is a highly recommended place to stay. Bobby M.

This unit had mold all in the refrigerator water/ice dispenser. I got sick from the mold during our stay - when I contacted scenic stays, we got no response. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate, for $2500 you can stay somewhere much cleaner and nicer

I knew there was construction maintenance going on but I wasn’t fully aware of how much, everyone was complaining. This Airbnb should be called a hotel. There was no personal touches at all, no communication whatsoever. We flew in and always choose to do an Airbnb because they are usually stocked with the items we cannot easily fly with. Maybe I should have looked into it further so I take responsibility for that however an Airbnb shouldn’t feel like a hotel setting. If you’re looking for a true Airbnb with an owner that communicates with you this isn’t it. The money we spent here as opposed to our last stay in Destin at an Airbnb isn’t even comparable. The construction going on is not minimal. The jacuzzi bottom and seating was also so rough that it left our legs literally raw. I don’t usually complain but when you spend this much money you expect it to be great and it just wasn’t what I thought it should be. This owner has bought a place and turned it over to a company to manage 100%

We are not picky but there was some renovation beeing done so thwre was constant noise Unit was ok but toilets where making a lot of noises when flashed and took for ever to be ready for use Overol property could be little more cleaner

Misleading Accommodations Booked this place specifically to be on the beach and have a balcony. When I arrived, found out construction was going on and all balconies were closed. Although I received multiple emails ahead of my stay this was not communicated at all. Staff, including manager, were very dismissive and didn’t want to take any responsibility for their communication break down. Won’t stay here again.

October Stay Positive: Bed was king and comfortable, plenty of bath towels, clean, outdoor chairs on patio were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, close to garbage chute, TV in bedroom easy to use. Negative: Dining table and chairs not comfortable or as pictured (very small unpadded set), wished there would have been hooks or hall tree to hang beach bags/jackets, outdoor pool was not heated and very cold.

Review Overall, excellent stay. The air condition did sound like it would explode at night which woke us up several times. Outside of that excellent overall.

Sun Destin vacation Came for a week. Was looking for beach front so great location wise. Place was clean just not really many extra amenities (i.e., no oil, salt/pepper, not much toilet paper) but that’s not a huge deal.

Room Air conditioning was entirely too loud in room. Couldn’t sleep in room for the noise. Won’t rent another with that type .
