Property was not very clean. It was also not as advertised. The property was under construction during our stay. There was debris flying onto our balcony area and we couldn’t use it. The splash pad area for the kids was out of service which is the main reason we wanted to stay there. It seemed old overall and not like the listing. Very disappointing. I asked for someone to call me back and no one ever did. I would not recommend it.
Family Stay The condo was fine. It was clean. It was in a great location and the staff were very friendly. Beach was beautiful. The condo itself is outdated and definitely needs some updating. The view is very much obstructed and the tiles on the deck had some cracks in them. The closet door in the bedroom was not attached and in poor condition, but not really a big deal. Just some things we noticed. Overall it was fine because we weren’t in the condo much and the pros outweighed the cons.
Spring Break stay Very clean and quiet unit. Indoor pool nice and warn for kids. Great Beach access.
Snowbird We loved it here. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Loved our room. This was our first time staying here for the winter months, definitely made the right decision.

214 was a nice unit everything you need!!! I came for my birthday and it was awesome. I enjoyed being on the beach the pool was amazing and the staff were friendly and welcoming which made the trip even more enjoyable. The room was beautiful the mirrors, we couldn’t stay out of them 😊
Easter Get Away It was perfect the checking was the best! We did run into a roach beside that overall it was awesome definitely booking again
the beach was great Positive: easy Negative: The unit could use some cosmetic work. The one toilet didn't flush, the handle on the shower was broken, not enough plugs by the bed, towel hook in bathroom broken.
Looks just like the pictures, kitchen has everything you need. Having 2 bathrooms was nice too!

Enjoyed our stay Our stay was great! From the time we enter the hotel, the lobby was clean & smelled so good. Our room was clean as well. We had everything we needed. Will definitely be back. Destin is just a beautiful place.
Msthingdq Sundestin is a great place. We enjoyed our stay. Centrally located to restaurants, shops, stores, fun and games. We will be back!
Condo on the beach Condo was ok - definitely needs fixed and needs updating. Closet doors kept falling off, broken tiles on the balcony, etc. the location was fantastic, staff was friendly, and beaches were beautiful. Overall a good stay - other condos seemed more up to date, but this one could use some love.

Our First Stay We enjoyed our first stay at SunDestin Resort!
This room was okay The balcony view was not Ideal but it was expected.
Clean and comfortable We had a short stay. The beds were very comfortable.
Balcony unappealing view. The convenience of using the stairs instead of elevator was the best part. The location set up of being level with a dirty metal roof was unpleasant. Some things may accidentally blow down, understandably. But we watched items that loudly crashed down in front of us, including drink cans, pizza, a dirty diaper and more. The couch pillows were tired and dirty-looking, and sofa bed very uncomfortable. I was grateful the unit was available at the last minute, but I wouldn’t stay there again.
Very clean and comfortable I stayed here earlier this year and this time I saw the beds are new. Very comfortable and had everything I needed. I don’t like high floors so this unit works great! Laundry is close by made it easy to wash a load. I will book again
Steps to the beach This unit is steps to the beach! Being so close the the first floor helped with not waiting for the elevators. The beds are comfy and the privacy of the balcony was great! I will stay here again.
Scared@1st Thought that were into a unit w/out A/C, but while we were out to get groceries, maintenance came and unit was working properly, curtains were open, it was just off! Staff was very friendly & got it ASAP!
