Needs updated The master bedroom mattress has a large hole in the middle of the bed where you roll towards the center the whole time. There is two open holes in the ceiling of the master bedroom where something was previously hanging! The baseboards in bathroom was dirty! The pull out sofa has a hole in the corner where the springs have been ripped off. My two year old could fall thru this hole between the frame and mattress. Patio door is really hard to open and close so much so my 7 year old could not open it. Would have been nice to recieve a key to lock the patio gate so we didn’t have to go inside the hotel to use card. This is our 6 times staying at the resort and this is the least favorite room!

Great family vacation This room is so convenient to everything! Right outside the door is a splash pad (wasn’t open during our stay but still nice) the pool and hot tub right outside your patio door! Also the hotel restaurant is right next door as well! My only complaint would be that the shower water in the room never got hot. It was always a cooler Luke warm. The beach is also steps away from the patio. We loved our stay

Walk out to the beach! We loved this location with having a toddler! She could play on the splash pad and it was so convenient walking back and forth to the beach with her. We gladly gave up the ocean view for the convenience. The only tiny complaint I would have is lack of storage for your luggage. Other than that, our family loved this unit and would definitely stay again!

Best Location and Convenience This unit worked perfectly for the wife & I, and more importantly for our 2 year old. The convenience of having the splash pad and beach directly out of the back door is priceless. Basic accommodations, nothing fancy, but has most of the necessities. The only thing missing in the unit was a washer/dryer, but they are available on the 2nd floor. If you're looking for a nice ocean & sunset view this would not be the place. Units on higher floors would be your best bet. Although, being on the ground floor means you are closer to the outdoor tiki bar. We enjoyed our stay and will look to return in the future.

This condo needs new furnishings and a thorough deep clean and painting. The furnishings were stained all over, the baseboards were absolutely filthy and need to be replaced/painted. The kitchen floor was cracked in multiple places.The location of the unit was great and the saving grace was we were able to spend most of our time on the beach and we didn't stay inside much. I would only recommend this after it was updated and cleaned and repaired and painted.

It’s ok to staying here! We are alway come to SunDestin for vacation ever ! But this time a little bit down ! Not really meet our requirements ! But still happy! Needs update for sofa beds , the spring I broke ! To many furniture in one little room! flooring feel like not level! Hope you can do something to fixed it

Great location Loved this unit! It was right behind the walkway to the beach. Staff was very friendly and the burgers at the restaurant great! The only downfall was the large outdoor pool being closed and us not being informed. Other than that, everything was great. We will most likely stay here again.

Overpriced Condo was old and damaged. Furniture was old and dirty.

Quick spring vacation! Staff were friendly & helpful upon checkin. Loved the ground floor where we could walk right out to pool areas & beach. Had trouble finding as the link for directions took us elsewhere - had to type in address. Overall - good experience - beds were comfy and all necessary items were available.

Great stay Very convenient to beach, great staff. Beach chair guys were terrific. Highly recommend renting beach chairs. Condo so convenient to beach and made for a great stay. Walking distance to back porch along the beach. Very cool
