Family trip The beach was very nice and the room was perfect as we walked right out to the pool and beach.

Everything was perfect! Easy check-in, clean space, and a great location. Highly recommend.

Positive: Location Negative: We found bedbugs and there wasn't a manager there at the time to discuss this with. My teenager and boyfriend both have bites..I need to speak to someone in charge about this asap!

When we arrived there was 6 fans on floor running loud due to flooding. A hose running on the bathroom sink we could not use the sink. We sat on our patio to smoke our cigarette for 3 days no problem them the 4th day we being told we can't smoke. While we watched a women smoking a Blount right at the pool. People were walking around with their vaps and nothing was said. The first 2 days I put my chair in water to watch grandchildren in the water next day im told I can't do that but I can sit on the sand. I am 54 years old and recently had surgery on my hand in a splint. Everyday the rules changed. Very disappointing

Obstructed views/ mold smelling room My original room had obstructed views to the pool area due to construction going on at the property. I was never informed about it. Access to the pool was closed. I was then moved to 1009 where the room smelled like mold. Very dissatisfied for $1,700

Nice place, but room for improvement We had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again. We were very frustrated from the start, however, when we weren’t allowed to enter the room even 1 minute early! We were told it was on hold for a maintenance issue, but I had been notified a few days prior that the room was available the day before our scheduled check in. We were also able to look in the room(and we knocked on the door!) and the room was empty. We tried a second time to get our keys at 3:40pm and again were told no early checkin because of a maintenance hold. 20 minutes?? That is completely ridiculous! After having to wait to get into the room, we expected it to be in tiptop shape but it was not. The microwave and kitchen floor were dirty, the furniture was filthy, fruit flies everywhere, and the table leg fell off if we bumped the table. We expected better.

Sundestin 1st floor easy access Location is great for the pools and access to the beach. Loved the white sand beaches! However this particular unit’s furniture was outdated and worn and the interior needs a refresh(paint). The room also had a damp smell when we 1st arrived (we ended up using room spray).

Great location but needs updating Carpet in bedroom needs replacing, bad. It’s stained and did not look cleaned at all. The rest of the condo was okay but could use some updating.

Dirty unit First day I found underwear in my bed. They gave me new sheets. Blue carpet in bedroom was brown stained and disgusting. 3rd day found another pair of underwear next to the dresser. They refunded cleaning fee. Outdoor Pool was not heated and during March it is needed to enjoy as the cool breeze off water made it unbearable. Thank goodness my sister stayed next door and we could swim in their outdoor heated pool. They adversities all these amenities die example a steam room. I go to use doesn’t work. I will the front desk and was told” O have no idea” Jot a solution just a brush off. Never fixed during my 5 day stay. I will never stay here again.

Great beach spot Very spacious and conveniently located

The Unit needed some touching up. No pot holders to take things from the oven. Beds were ALL horrible to sleep on.
