Great stay. Right on beach. Perfect for family of 5

Great location and gorgeous views of the ocean. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for a family of 4.

Inlet Beach Our family had a great time in Inlet Beach. The townhouse has wonderful views and sunsets. The locations is great and near to many other popular areas and restaurants. The local Publix is only about 5 minutes away. I recommend this townhouse for a long week or weekend getaway.

Absolutely Beautiful! Our family of 5 had the best time is the perfect condo. The location is right on the water and made the stay so simple. The best place we have stayed in 10 years of traveling to the area. Also the host/management group was super helpful and nice. Probably one of the best groups we have dealt with. Recommend 10/10

Perfect Location and Place for our family The condo was a little dated as to be expected but what it lacks in up to date amenities and certain luxuries we have come used to it makes up in character, location, and the overall beach feel.

Location, Location, Location! This property is right on the beach! Views throughout the townhome of the beautiful gulf. Short bike ride to Alys beach and Rosemary for lots of restaurants and shopping. 1 mile the other direction is the Hub with dining, shopping and music. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds...the kids LOVE the bunk bed. Will stay here again!

What an amazing home and location. I would have stayed forever. Not in the description, but we did find several folding chairs that we could bring to the beach. There were also bikes for us to use, and I highly recommend cycling the trail in both directions, it is gorgeous. My only complaint would be that they don't provide a single ingredient, like salt, pepper, sugar. They did let me know beforehand, so there were no surprises. Still, it is so easy to provide a few condiments so we don't need to purchase everything and then leave it behind. Anyway, the place is fantastic.

Ahhhhhh Perfection! The view is everything and only a short walk to the sand! Pick your sunset view...the shared deck, the beach or the main bedroom balcony...gorgeous. Kitchen is fully stocked, beds are so comfy! Location between Rosemary and the Hub is perfect....quiet but easy bike ride to shops and plenty of good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible value and location, unbelievable views Spacious, clean, well-appointed vacation home with unbelievably gorgeous gulf-front views and private beach. Location is perfect for an enjoyable bike ride to nearby Alys Beach or Rosemary Beach restaurants and shoppes. Make your reservations for bike rentals with Peddlars30A and beach chair/umbrella service with Dillion's Beach Service (both had friendly, excellent customer service). The home has plenty of linens available, but bring your own beach towels. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. There is a small pool onsite, but we did not use it during this stay; the beach was all that we needed.

Perfect Graduation Trip Decided to come back to Seaside to celebrate graduating from graduate school and this stay was everything I needed. The view and location is perfect. Most of our time was spent staring a the ocean. The townhome was clean, they provided a lot of beach chairs and umbrellas, cookware was available if needed. It was a very relaxing stay and would come back!

Great location and house is in very good condition. Will definitely come back again.

We had never been to the area and didn’t really know what to expect. The condo was pretty clean upon arrival. We did have a few issues while we were there. The electrical needs updating. A breaker tripped while we were there. The bedding on the master bed was not clean and had to be changed. One other thing, the internet was not the best. Service inside the house was very iffy.

Absolutely stunning condo and location. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The house has beach front views and beach access. A lot of people don’t know that these beaches are private and not open to the public, having this access is a huge plus.

This is truly the best beach rental I’ve ever stayed in. The most perfect location and seamless check in/out. Already planning our trip next year!

We had the best time! The location of this condo was perfect. Just a short bike ride to town and the ease of getting on and off the beach was amazing! Would love to stay here again!

We loved this little gem with the ocean feet from our back door. The views from the master upstairs balcony were beautiful. Everything was clean, linens white. Location was close the alys beach shopping and dining and close to Publix as well. This was very comfortable for myself, husband and two teenagers. The puzzles were a plus as well as cozy throws for the couch.

We had a great stay at Silver Sands #4. It was well within walking distance to some of our favorite stores and restaurants. The view from our two porches was incredible. The unit itself had plenty of space and was well stocked with kitchen items, towels and linens. We will definitely be back!

Host was awesome! We had a beeping smoke detector, reported it, and they were on it quickly! The communication was great.

Great location and home! We so enjoyed out trip to this lovely home! The location was perfect for everywhere we wanted to visit and the distance to the beach was the best! The home was decorated beautifully and had everything we could have needed for our stay! We will be back next year!

Excellent. Was excellent. Very quiet. Very clean, modern. Great location to shopping. Beautiful beach views. Only issue was internet connection could be better. Had a lot of dead spots in the townhouse.

Issues The air conditioner in its entirety (Fan, Condenser, and Thermostat) stopped operating sometime between 1:00am to 4:00am the morning of Friday August 2nd. I attempted multiple times to report the issue to Guest Services shortly after 6:00am the same day but was unable to speak directly to a representative and each time redirected to voicemail. I left several messages and in one case as part of my voicemail asked for an urgent reply, which never came. The temperature in the townhouse became so warm and with no reply for Guest Services whatsoever that at 10:00pm that evening we made the decision to prepare the townhouse for the cleaning team, packed and loaded our items in the SUV, checked out at 12:00am (midnight) August 3rd then immediately departed for Baton Rouge. Our ScenicStays ended on a VERY sour note. One more issue to report. The barbecue grill needs to be replaced as it is old, small, and not adequately maintained.

Excellent Stay! This townhome was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean and well maintained as well as a very convenient location. We plan to try and stay here again next year!

Amazing location Steps to the beach, we will be back!

Cozy and comfortable Location was great being so close to Rosemary and Seaside. The view was lovely. Beds were very comfortable. Well supplied kitchen! Phone was picked up quickly when we at first couldn’t get in. They immediately got us in over the phone Patio and deck doors need replaced really bad. They are so rusted we had a lot of trouble opening and closing them. A screen on the deck door was flopping loudly in the storm. When we couldn’t secure it in place we took it off and put it inside in order for the screen to not puncture

Awesome view! Loved our stay here. It’s exactly as shown online and the views of the water can’t be beat. It’s a great central location in between downtown Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Would definitely book again

Great Beachfront Stay We enjoyed this location very much. It is a beautiful unit inside. And the beach was very private.

Perfect location, amazing views! Hard to find a place closer to the sand than this townhome. The views from the living room and master are spectacular. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Restaurants and shops are a short bike ride away. Beach is private so not crowded.

Wonderful Condo This was our first time staying in the condo but not our first time to 30A. This is one of our favorite condos and locations. No crowds and lots of space on the beach to enjoy. Condo had everything we needed and was really well updated. If you are looking for non-beach activities, you are further away from little shops, town squares and restaurants.

Paradise on 30a! We loved it! Location was perfect and views were spectacular.

Location location location We have stayed in this complex several times, but it was our first time at Seas the Day. Positives: location, quiet beach compared to rosemary, all necessary kitchen items, great AC, slept 7 great, nice outdoor hose/shower. Negatives: a few housekeeping issues, no extras like chairs, toys etc., patio chairs very rusted, very few hangers. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Will be back! We loved being so close to the beach! The view from the unit and patio is amazing, and it’s so easy to go up and down to the beach. We ordered chairs and an umbrella to be set up everyday from Dillon’s Beach Service. Unit was clean and appeared to be recently updated. Neighboring units were mostly owners and extremely friendly / welcoming. We will be back!

Great location Enjoyed our stay - did not have crowds like Rosemary beach - the beach was so nice and private. great location, townhome is updated and the beds were super comfortable. Rental company communicated very well via text and email; even warning us of incoming inclement weather. Would stay here again

Great Stay! Love this location and unit! Can stand for some new shower curtain rings and new mattresses, especially in the master, but was an overall great stay!

Amazing! This home is just perfect. It's open and spacious with the best views. Walk out right onto the beach. It was so comfortable and perfectly appointed. It was better than it looked in the photos and even had more amenities than in the photos. We were happily surprised that it had a laundry room, despite being told there was no laundry. So thankful for the owners sharing this amazing gem.

The beach view is the only real positive on this property This property was extremely dirty. The property was not ready at check in time. We had to call the cleaners back and it was still dirty. The one positive is the ocean view and close proximity to the beach. It’s not worth the price. The parking lot floods easily and very muddy. This property needs a deep clean and facelift.

Wonderful place Location was excellent, right in between The Hub and Rosemarys. Being right on the beach was so nice. House was very well stocked.
