Summer Vacation 2024 We had a great time & loved this condo! We had all the essentials we needed for the whole week. The only thing we want to give feedback on was, the morning or check out, we had a 615am knock at the door asking us when we were leaving so they could clean. We had until 10am. We weren't even up yet & had 3 kids sleeping when they knocked. We've been to Seychelles many many times & have never had this happen. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

We had all the essentials we needed for the week & plenty of room for our family of 5. Our only complaint was the morning of checkout, we received a 615am knock at the door asking when we are leaving so they can clean. Our whole family was asleep. We had until 10am to checkout, so it was weird to us there was a knock at the door. Otherwise, we had an amazing time, thanks for having us!

Good Condo Overall, this is a good, well kept condo with nice view and nice balcony/sunsets as well as good amount of starter necessities provided. No door on bunk bedroom; a bit crowded in dining/living room area. We had 2 adults, a 9 year old and a toddler. If our husbands had joined in the trip, it would have definitely been too crowded. Also, I think it should be disclosed that this condo is located directly by the elevators, and though I didn’t hear as much noise from that as I feared, it’s worth mentioning and should be disclosed in my opinion. The only other issue was very loud construction that was occurring at the condo next door; which is no fault of the owners of this one. I would stay here again if I traveled with same group or fewer. There is now a 16 quart stock pot in the unit which is big enough for a seafood boil.The condo already had a 12 quart. I needed one a bit larger. Having a washer and dryer was wonderful.
This was the second time we booked this condo in 2026. We live Seychelles. They keep the property very clean and we love the quiet location. The condo is very clean. It’s just like it’s listed so trust the pictures. The king bed was comfortable. It’s stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, etc… It’s well maintained. It’s got a Nest thermostat that was programmed perfectly for us. The only con is that it’s a middle unit and the front door is right by the elevators which haven’t been noisy for us but we go in April and October. The reason for the four stars is both times we rented we had issues with the host providing accurate access information. I contacted the Operations manager and he was very helpful. Hopefully they have this issue addressed.
The unit was very small barely enough room for two people let alone 4 adult senior women. Second bedroom had no closet or door and the air conditioning to that area was limited. Living room sofa was small and only room enough for three people to sit and watch TV. Place would be adequate for a couple with a child.

So cute and well appointed. King bed was really comfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Tons of bath towels even some beach towels. Beautiful beach views from balcony. Great beach restaurant “Schooners” directly next door. We loved it!
Seyshelle's PCB was absolutely perfect condo!! Very comfortable beds, extremely clean, beautiful views, elevators were always available with minimal wait.
Condo was perfect! View was gorgeous. We had PLENTY of clean towels and beds were comfortable. Clean and neat! Definitely recommend!!
This condo is very clean. Bring your toiletries - the rental company doesn’t leave much but they warn you. The rental company sent me emails the day I was traveling requesting me to fill out their rental agreement, which I’ve never done, before we could check in. I don’t check email when I’m driving! I’m glad they called me 1.5 hours before we were supposed to check in. Their app was also incorrect. It had the wrong access codes and the rental company had to text them to me. A lot of unnecessary trouble.
All was great except the last 2 nights we had a horrible banging noise. Have no idea what it was? It was like a loose cable slapping against metal? Bad enough finally gave up on sleep.
The condo was clean and stocked with all of the necessities. They included beach chair service is a wonderful amenity.

Great beach access This is one of our favorite places that we have stayed at in Panama City Beach. The view was great. The elevators were fast. Access to the beach was quick and easy.

Wonderful Trip The condo is nice and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed plus some. The biggest perk was having the rental beach chairs with the room. We will definitely book this condo again.

Beautiful Condo! We had a great stay here! The balcony is beautiful. The condo is right off the elevators but we did not hear any extra noise because of that. Elevators were insanely quick which was a huge perk. It took us 2 minutes to get from the condo to the beach. Only complaint is no door on the bunk bed room however, an adult can sleep comfortably on the bottom bunk bed! We would stay here again!!

Beautiful Condo on the beach Very pretty condo in a nice building on the beach. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are very comfortable, the view was spectacular. Convenient to everything in the area, highly recommend!
Excellent Stay Stayed at a couple of units in the past years, but this was different with the amazing sights from the bedroom as well as the living room. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed for cooking if you wanted to eat in.
PCB 2024 Had a great stay in Panama City beach. You must try the Dat Cajun place. Very good. Saint Andrews Park was my favorite part! This condo the beds are comfortable, but the kitchen could use a few more items and there is no blow dryer. Over all I would stay here again.
Seychelles 1005 Very clean room, bed was very comfortable. Excellent location next door to Schooner's. Would stay here again!
