Front door was being replaced when we got there, then there was no number on the unit which tripped up the kids at first, lol…but once they found it we all had a great time! Beautiful and comfortable condo and we would definitely stay again. Rental bikes and chairs on site. Not as crazy as nearby areas (seaside etc) but an easy 2 mile bike ride away from that stuff. No non-glass cups in unit (for beach) so take those with you. A wonderful vacation and nothing to dislike about the unit! Thanks!

Amazing From the staff, accommodations, weather, and just a great experience. Everything you would want in a great getaway. Can’t say enough about the people at the front desk and they accommodations. Thank you scenic day for a great experience for me and my family. We will be back!

Amazing views from this condo! The kitchen is well stocked and we felt at home. AC works well and the beds are comfortable. The beach is very crowded and people were obnoxious about setting up at 6 am but that has nothing to do with the quality of the accommodations. I would recommend this unit if you are coming to the area.

Overall the stay was great. The room was on the 15th floor which I thought would be a bigger inconvenience but it really wasn’t bad. Elevator was really fast. The walk down to the beach was easy. Staff was really kind. Room was clean. There was a few minor details showing age like towel rack being broken or a few holes in the curtain but nothing too bad or off putting. The power did flicker a time or two out came right back on. The beach is public and wedged in between two private beaches so it was a tad bit busier but not bad. The beds were comfortable, everything was within an easy driving distance even when traffic was very busy. Overall, I was satisfied with the stay and would definitely book again!

Excellent place to stay, 10/10, will definitely stay here again. The seafood market within walking distance with fresh seafood, delicious donut shop next door. Everything within walking distance didn’t have to drive unless you just wanted too. Everyone very friendly and helpful with any questions. Just a lovely place.

Other than ceiling fan hanging out of the ceiling in second bedroom unit was nice. People were friendly. Good location.

Terrific Great spot in a great location!

Mold and Mildew Overwhelming mold and mildew smell when first arrived. Was given spray after maintenance report. Obviously coming from HVAC. Likely a respiratory hazard. Should have refused the unit. Everything worn, mattresses uncomfortable. Lots of lights not working.

We had a fabulous week! Best week ever! Please continue to maintain the excellence you have delivered in the past. We recommended you to several of our friends because we want your place to succeed and be the premier location to visit on the Emerald Coast. Thank you for keeping the beach chairs and umbrella service on property. It is more reasonably priced and we can go up for a rest and not worry about losing our chairs. The young men were delightful and so helpful. Thank you for everything!! Two small items: The hoses to wash off are terrible and knotted a lot and no one reminded us to get a guest pass since we didn't arrive until 10:30. We could have been towed.

Table tops Patio table had guacamole drips and chip pieces all over top with ants. Door closing arm was broken and hanging upon arrival. Maint removed and left holes in door open.

Electrical Plugs We love the unit, but some of the wall plugs are very loose and won’t hold a plug in.

Best location! Beautiful location, amazing beaches. Loved facing the beach and watching the water all day. Easiest beach access and chair rentals. Will definitely be returning!
