One Seagrove Place 1505 — Guest Reviews

Wonderful Stay BEAUTIFUL VIEW, NICE FURNITURE ETC. NICE STAFF, ACCESS FROM CAR , ELEVATOR SPEED ETC. WAS GOOD FOR ELDERLY DAD. COUPLE MAINTENANCE ISSUES.

Beautiful view The view was gorgeous from the 15th floor. We loved the big balcony facing the ocean. We saw lots of dolphin, sea turtles, stingrays and even a couple of shark. Our only complaint was very low water pressure and the second bathroom sink would not drain. Otherwise, our stay was ideal.

Second time staying here. Great location and amenities. Will be back!

Third year at this property and we’ll be back, the unit was clean and comfortable.

A wonderful place to stay at! The view was amazing. The staff is very welcoming & friendly. Overall, I’d highly recommend!!

This property needs some updating. The handle of the tub pulled right off of the wall in the guest bath. There was only 1 towel/wash cloth in the Master bathroom. Needs additional blankets for sleep. It served it's purpose but just very dated.

We LOVED it and we will definitely be back! Positive: We loved Seagrove Place! Everything was perfect! Negative: The only problem was my daughter wanted to swim in the pool one afternoon and there were several dead flies in the pool so she didn’t get in. We checked the next day though and it had been cleaned so it was probably a timing thing.

Had a great time, but outside of the apartment ! Positive: Location, location, location Negative: Poor kitchen equipment ( glassware, knives, pans). Needs updating. Very poor terrace furniture.

Enjoyed it! Positive: It was on the beach Negative: The sheets and comforter was not comfortable at all

Great apartment and location, perfect beach, quite calm Positive: Everything

Wishing we were provided with a little more of the essentials. There was no handsoap for us to use and there was still hair from previous guests on the shower floor. Was only provided with paper towels and toilet paper and 1 extra trash bag. It would have been more relaxing to not have to worry of those little things. Never stayed anywhere that didn’t have at least the little bottles of handsoap or body wash. Also, box spring on beds should be covered. We don’t need to see the stains on that. It was not a comfortable stay🤢

Very nice Excellent service and nice condo !

Always a great stay, but this unit was not the best. The kitchen needed some more glasswares, etc…. Everything was old. We used the pullout sofa and underneath was like it had never been cleaned before! Pretty gross. Also, the balcony furniture was literally falling apart. Anything would have been better. We always stay at One Seagrove place and love the 05 units because of the extra balcony space, but next time we will be searching for another floor.

Water pressure Master bath does not have enough water pressure. Otherwise we loved it

Beautiful View We have chosen One Seagrove Place as our vacation destination for 4 years. Every year is awesome! The only reason for the 4 star on condition is because one of the balcony chair cushions was completely ripped and we were not able to use that chair. Otherwise it was just as great as always! Thank you! We will be back!

Excellent We love this unit. We will use it again.
