Perfect stay! We really enjoyed our long weekend stay in this condo on 30A. One Seagrove Place always is the best location for my husband and I to come stay. The front desk & security are always so kind and accommodating. We love the beach access and being able to have a balcony for mornings & evenings. This condo was well kept and had a nice faux fireplace which was perfect for the cool fall mornings. We will be back!

Seagrove 1504 The location and functionality of the property was great for myself and four other ladies. The check in process was sub-par. Both rooms had lights and fan that didn't work. Coffee grounds were left in the coffee pot. Alcohol bottle left behind curtain. We had to purchase light bulbs to put a light on the bathroom vanity. The fan and light didnt work in the other room, but a floor lamp was provided. I was most annoyed at not EVER receiving a code to check in and kept getting voicemail. We checked in an hour late trying to get the property manager to gain access to our condo. Unacceptable.

Needs improvement The views and layout of the condo for us five women was Great! We really enjoyed the balcony. Getting checked in was so frustrating and the only person to actually try to help us was the front desk person who doesn't even make the reservations. I would call the number several times and get sent to voicemail. I was supposed to get a 'code' to get into our condo and it NEVER came to me, not the whole trip. It took 45 mins to an hour of my rental time with my friends to even gain access and it wasn't the way I was supposed to gain access, but the lady could sense my growing frustration. Upon getting settled in, finally, we found that the vanity light in the master bathroom didn't work. We had to take a lamp from the bedroom and buy a bulb so we could see in the mirror. And also, the Light/fan combo in the other bedroom didn't work, so we had a floor lamp with no fan. I thought that was the only issues and we moved on to the kitchen to find that the last person's coffee grounds were left in the coffee pot and alcohol containers were found under the large curtains in the living room. The accommodations of the facility were nice as far as the pool, chair rentals and beach access.

Not our first stay at One Seagrove so we knew what we were getting with location and building amenities. This particular unit was with Scenic Stays and they made it easy and communicated well. With building renovations and the Hurricane they communicative and accommodating. We will be back in 2027!

Perfect location for quick beach, pool, and parking lot access. Clean, well maintained property. It was a beautiful week celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary!

If I could give 4.5 stars, I would! Beautiful condo and location. Building staff were extremely kind and helpful. Condo was clean and well stocked. The only downfalls were that the washer had a foul smell after using it and the outlet by the master bed didn’t work.

Beautiful view from this oceanfront condo. Condo clean but couch discolored and showing wear. Beds were very comfortable, rooms tight with 2 people/luggage per room. The staff at the front desk was very helpful, I would definitely stay at One Seagrove Place again.

We were so impressed by the layout of the lobby. Very open and user friendly. We loved our place on 15th floor overlooking the gulf. The place was very clean and had everything you need and not a lot of extra stuff. The bed was so comfortable and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets. Both showers were clean and beautifully decorated and had really good water pressure. We did call about a problem with the disposal and a lamp that was not working and they came almost immediately and were able to resolve everything.

Our room had the best furniture! The balcony even had a table which most rooms didn’t offer. The balcony had several seating options that were so comfortable. Even the living room couch was comfortable. The beds were so soft and comfortable. The views from the balcony are absolutely amazing! Scenic Stays even provided travel size soap for showering, dishwashing and laundry. You can walk straight out to the beach from the condo. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I’ll be back again!

This was a fantastic experience! Super easy and exceeded my expectations!

We travel all over the world and I am OCD about cleanliness.Especially when I am away from home. The location was fantastic however,there was cut hair on the drawers in the bathroom(which tells me nothing was cleaned)the drain in the bathtub didn't work which just needs maintenance. It was dusty,the glass was dirty,and it made me question the last time the linens were actually cleaned.

The condo was really clean. The people that work the front desk for the concierge were very helpful with information about local events, etc. the elevators were never packed and we’re always fast. The condo was clean the location there on Santa Rosa. Beach is absolutely beautiful. It’s in close proximity to Seaside and Rosemary Beach if you want to visit those areas.

This is a gorgeous condo right along 30A. Adorably decorated & very clean, gorgeous beach & ocean view. The beach itself is lovely. Very easy to rent bikes right on the property. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, stores. Short bike ride or drive to anything on 30A.

Overall a really nice spot, and I would stay there again, but it would be nice if more basic kitchen and bathroom items Positive: I liked the updates and close proximity to the beach and local restaurants. Negative: I was disappointed in the lack of basic kitchen and bathroom supplies. They did not even provide salt and pepper, much less other basic spices, ziplock bags or Saran Wrap, a few garbage bags, extra toilet paper for both bathrooms, a full set of silverware, etc. I understand if you are staying for an extended time you will buy a lot of items at the grocery, but for those of us only staying a few nights, it is quite inconvenient. And really, for those staying longer, they may not want to have to go to the store right away, and shouldn’t have to buy salt and pepper…

Second visit here and love this place!

The condo is clean and comfortable, and was perfect for our long weekend at the beach. Everything was wonderful, but our favorite parts were the incredible view of and proximity to the beach as well as the extremely comfortable bed in the master BR. We are already talking about coming back at the same time next year!

Place is wonderful and has everything that you would need. View is exceptional! Clean and enough space to relax. Interior design is very inviting. Beds are comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Parking is great. Access to beach is perfect. Overall great location to connect to Seaside or Rosemary Beach.

Beautiful and clean condo with everything you needed to feel right at home. The amazing beach view was incredible to wake up to every morning. Highly recommend!

Great condo and building! Everything in this unit worked great and decor and for I to re were awesome. Especially the patio furniture. Love that it came with several fans!

Just as pictured! Great location. Beautiful view. Very clean. Just make sure to bring your things. No small starter pack for coffee (Keurig, dishwasher, detergent, hand soap, nothing) which was fine i just wish that had been more clear. They also had some beach chairs left in rental which we were able to borrow. Overall, we had a wonderful stay! We could come back!
