Close to the beach with great views Positive: The condo was clean with great decor and fantastic views! The extended balcony was nice as well. The couches were comfy and the ability to angle the tv was nice. My son loved his bed and slept amazing and having the second bathroom connect to the 2nd bedroom was a nice bonus. The gym was great to use but could have had another set of weights for at least the lower weights. The walk to the beach was super easy. Parking lot had enough spaces and the front desk staff were always friendly. Any time I had a question, they were on it and really appreciated the responsiveness to our couple questions during our stay. Negative: The microwave and oven combo made cooking very challenging. We cook most of our meals in the condo and didn’t look at the pictures close enough to notice this. There is also no where to store food and the refrigerator was small. They did what they could with the space. I am used to larger condos that are less expensive in the Panama City area. We also didn’t realize how shallow the beach was and the lack of space to play beach games. We were also surprised that there was no volleyball nets set up anywhere within a mile or 2 either direction. This was probably our biggest surprise so we rented our own and set it up for a couple of days. We also used booking.com and to log into the portal it used an email they assigned as the login and they set the password so it took longer then needed to get into the portal for info you needed to enter and then depart the condo. The traffic is also a little crazy most of the day so if you plan to drive around, I would leave early and be prepared to move slow to get back to the condo. Overall it was a great week, I should have just paid a little closer attention to the information. I should not have assumed all places and locations along 30A were the same.

Late Summer This is not our first stay at One Seagrove. The last time we stayed here was during the pandemic. We knew that the condos were a bit small and the bathrooms were a bit small, but this is what we expected and is fine a short stay and for only two people, we were pleasantly surprised to see that there was a significant upgrade to the entrance and the overall look of One Seagrove was much improved from the last time we stayed there. The condo we found completely clean and appropriately appointed. The beds were comfortable. The only complaint I have is that there were no coffee filters and the utensils were sparse. The owners managed to put a table with chairs and two lounge chairs on the small deck which made staying on the deck much improved over other condos I have stayed in Onee Seagrove. I would recommend this condo.

This condo was perfect for our beach trip. We enjoyed being on the beach. This will definitely be an annual trip.

Location and beach views were amazing. Elevator and parking were never an issue. Presence of front desk staff added a level security to a popular location. Pool updates will be welcomed. Kitchen functioned well for family of 4. Ample seating for meals and relaxing. Shelf for dishes seems a bit unstable. Master bath sink drain was slow. Washing machine was out of balance - wouldn’t consistently run the spin/drain cycle. Handy to have in unit!

We had a lovely time on our honeymoon in this condo! It was clean and just what we wanted!

This was a nicely renovated condo. The view from the balcony was spectacular, and we enjoyed the newer patio furniture with the Adirondack chairs. The kitchen is modern, and the only drawback is that the oven is a microwave combo, which we found a bit difficult to figure out. Not a big deal since we typically eat out at least for dinners. We traveled over Memorial Day weekend, and the beach was very busy. The beach is public in front of the condo, and there is a public beach access point right next to the condo. I recommend getting chairs through the onsite service that you can set up yourself early in the morning and potentially renting umbrellas from Coastal. People were setting up chairs by 7:00 a.m.! Also, the pool area is slated to be renovated at some point with a larger pool.

This condo looks to have undergone a fairly recent renovation. It was a clean place and a great view of the Ocean.There is no ice maker in the refrigerator / freezer. There are ice trays, but no ice maker. There is also no ice maker in the lobby of One Seagrove Place. If you need ice, you must walk to the gas station across the street and haul it back.The oven and microwave are some kind of hybrid combo rolled into one. So, you cannot use the oven and microwave at the same time. You use one or the other. The oven is also not full size.These may not be an issue to those who do not cook a lot in the room but will be a bit challenging if you do.

Fabulous stay, gorgeous beach The only thing missing is a tea Kettle..... coffee pot yeah, no tea kettle... A full length mirror would also be nice. Otherwise the view was AWESOME as always and the place was nice and clean, can't wait to go back

We loved having a balcony and the beach/ocean view from inside the condo. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend it to our friends and family.

Great property but unit needs work! One Seagrove Place is a great property in a very convenient location, providing accommodations that are all beach view. The only thing about the property I have to say is that the pool area needs aesthetic attention. Compared to other beach condo properties where I’ve stayed, it is outdated, looks old and just forgotten. It was clean and nice and cool but that’s about it. Regarding the unit, I’ve stayed in many beach condos and this one needs a lot of work! The lighting is very inadequate except for the kitchen and the natural light. All the lighting fixtures have a yellow/amber lightbulb that barely emits any light and made the whole unit very dim at night and yellow! The second bedroom was so dark we couldn’t even see in the daytime and had to use our phone light at times. The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work and neither did the countertop ice machine. There were very minimal tools and cookware to work with, and the small appliances are very cheap and inadequate. There aren’t nearly enough electrical outlets and there is zero counter space (or adequate lighting) in either bathroom for getting ready/dressed. The master shower is large and nice but the bath/tub in second bath had a nasty shower curtain liner. It was so dirty we had to wash it and still the mold and mildew at the bottom didn’t come off. The furniture on the balcony is old and rotting and one chair is completely broken and the chaise lounges aren’t far behind. Aesthetically, furniture and decor need to be updated and a little pop of color added. It’s very white. The kitchen has very nice glass turquoise tiles and tiles under the bar. The bathrooms have tile showers and surrounds that are nice. It would be nice if the owners would show some love to the rest of the unit. I hate leaving such a negative review, but I also feel a review is to help lead to improvements where needed. There were 4 of us and we all had the same thoughts. This unit has much potential! Great location! Having said all that, we still had a wonderful time and would love to stay at One Seagrove Place again!

Great location - condo need a little refreshing We had a wonderful first-time experience in 30A! The location was amazing — close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. Be aware that it’s a public beach access point, so it can get a bit crowded during peak times, but it was still beautiful and convenient. The Redfish Rental team (the brothers) were fantastic — super helpful, responsive, and made check-in and the entire process smooth and stress-free. The condo itself was nice and well-equipped, but the white couch definitely needs an update. It had some visible stains, which made it harder to relax after a day in the sun. I ended up using towels to line the cushions — thankfully, there were plenty of clean towels provided, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great spot and a solid stay — with just a little furniture refresh, it would be perfect!

You cant beat the views This was a spring break vacation. The condo is in the best location. Redfish took care of us everyday with chair and umbrella rentals. The front desk staff was amazing. The security guards were very kind. We were a little disappointed in a few kitchen items being very outdated and broken. This was our first time staying in a condo where everything is thrown away if not used at the end of your stay. I understand the liability issues with this, but I struggled with the wastefulness in it. We would definitely recommend the stay. Just take salt, pepper, and any spices you might need and only buy exactly what you will use. My Daddy always said that Florida was where he went to rest his soul. One Seagrove Place most assuredly has ours. We will be BACK!

Review Loved the unit and location. Two wash clothes is not enough linens. When I requested more I was told to go buy some.

nice view from the apartment Overall, the stay was decent, and the location was good with a view. However, the appliances were quite old, the crockery could use an update, and the bedsheets were not as clean as expected but were changed after we complained about it to the building With some improvements in these areas, it could have been a much better experience.

Great Condo We loved our time at this condo. It was very clean and updated. The balcony was big and comfortable and we spent a lot of time there. I hope we can stay here again.

Great condo We love 1302, have stayed in it a couple times. We had 2 issues. A very dirty bowl in the cabinet and there’s a broken hinge in the corner cabinet by the bottom of the fridge. I have pics if you want. Thanks!

Spring Break Room was great and the view was amazing. The elevator was not working on our stay which on the 13th floor was pretty tough.
