We loved our stay here. Easy beach access, great views, close to many good places to eat. The bike rentals were easy and fun too!

Great for family of four Loved having two bathrooms and plenty of space! Easy beach access and restaurants nearby. Would have liked beach towels to be provided but other than that, all was great!

Right on the beach Overall a great experience. Location to beach was excellent although it was public so very crowded. Even at 6am most of the good spots were taken so get up early if you want a good spot. Loved having 2 full bedrooms and baths. Overall it was clean however it was a little dated and a little worn but nothing that would keep me from booking again. Check in and check out was a breeze. If you’re looking for a little getaway to the beach at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend.

We have stayed at One Seagrove many times and always love it! The condos are clean & comfortable, the staff is wonderful & the views are amazing!

The location was great and the view was beautiful! The unit was roomy and the kitchen was very well equipped.

The location was perfect for us! With a toddler being able to easily run up to the room was nice since it is right on the beach. Everything we needed was in the unit. The beds were comfortable. The staff in the lobby were helpful. We felt right at home! We will stay here again!

Loved the access to the beach and the views were amazing. So close to restaurants and grocery stores.

The location of this condo can't be beat. We were right on the water with 180 degrees of coastal views. Being able to walk on to the beach from this condo was why we chose to stay here. As an added bonus, food and treats were across the street or a very short and easy walk. Being located between Seaside and Santa Rosa gives many options for shopping, sightseeing and additional restaurants to chose from. The condo was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would definitely book another trip here.

Great stay

Excellent location and very comfortable condo. We loved all the books available for us to read. We even left one of our own to add to the collection. Looking forward to our next visit.

We love staying at One Seagrove Place. It’s so convenient to many of our favorite restaurants and you can’t beat the fact that you walk straight out to the beach!

Great location and beach front views. The condo needs to be renovated.

Condo The whole condo really needs to be updated. The carpet is dirty. The mattresses are not comfortable.

Super easy check-in and the front desk was very accommodating. Kitchen was great had everything we needed! Both Keurig and a coffee pot available.

Perfect views not so perfect inside On the surface everything appeared clean. The views were amazing and the best part of staying there. But upon entering it smelled mildewy and like someone had smoked inside. Also the bed and sofa had a very off putting odor like body odor or something. I sprayed lots of Lysol but never could completely remove the stinch.

Good location Upon arrival the master bathroom vent fan was on the sink and filthy. After calling they sent up someone and they put it back up. Three days later it started making a loud noise. The microwave is loose. Moves every time you touch it. The master bedroom needs a new mattress. The location is great. The condo was clean.

Two days later it was making a loud noise. The master bedroom mattress really needs to be replaced. The location is good and we liked having a balcony.

Spring break We loved our week on the beach! Such a great location, and we had everything we needed.

Beautiful Place This was a beautiful condo with amazing ocean views! The minute you open the front door you see ocean! The condo was well stocked, clean, and very comfortable. Beach access was super easy and so close! I would definitely come again.
