Great location with a few issues You can’t beat the location of this unit. It’s on the fourth floor so you’re not waiting long for the elevator yet it’s high enough for a great view of the ocean. That’s its selling point. However, there are some important issues that need to be corrected with this condo. First, the king bed in the primary bedroom is very creaky on one half of the bed making it impossible to sleep on. The queen bedroom which faces the front of the complex only has blinds on the window making it like daylight to sleep in at night due to the complex security lights which stay illuminated all night long. Because of these issues, my husband and I each slept in a different bedroom but we didn’t sleep well. Future renters should be aware that both bathrooms are very small, like the size of a powder room. The bathroom adjoining the primary bedroom is so tight that the toilet is installed crooked. Again, my husband and I each used a different bathroom because we couldn’t comfortably fit in one bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend this unit for anymore than two people based on its size.
