Perfect place for a small group We enjoyed the apartment. Everything was comfortable and up to date. Great wifi connection! We loved cooking and eating on the balcony looking out over the gulf. The only thing I can suggest would be to find a way to indicate the settings on the stove. The print has worn away and the chef has to be a good guesser! We found everything we needed in the cabinets including high end cookware. And if you don’t want to cook - there is an amazing pizza spot and shaved ice right across the street. Publix grocery store is a 6 minute drive. We visited Seagrove on a busy beach week in July and found the spots right in front of the complex to be three rows deep! We turned right and walked past the “private beach” area and had a spot on the strand to ourselves!

New Years Blast We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your beautiful condo. Very clean, well-stocked, and nicely decorated. We were so surprised having such an amazing view of the Seaside firework show from the balcony. Can't wait to return and enjoy the ocean view again soon. D. Straub

Beautiful unit and view of beach. Kind and helpful front desk rep when checking in. Rep quickly found us another unit to stay in when they realized there was a strong odor in unit we had reserved before we checked in.

Only fault was what appeared to be a public access to the beach in front of condo and there was a lot of vehicle, bike and walking to beach. By midmorning beach in front of unit was very crowded

Very happy for the amenities and location we got for the place! Only con was main and balcony doors were hard to open and close.

We really enjoyed our stay. The views were incredible, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. The interior was well done, and the kitchen was great for preparing meals during our stay. A couple small suggestions for future guests would be to provide coffee filters and a few extra trash bags. Other than that, everything was great, and we’d happily stay here again.

The only negative thing that I would say about this property is they do not allow electric bikes. Many activities are done on the bikes out there for me because we like explore and be outside. I would post that somewhere so that we don’t have those expectations when we get there with those of us who might need a little extra help.

I couldn't have asked for more! The condo was perfect! Extremely clean! I also liked all of the detailed instructions. The beach was pretty crowded, but the water was beautiful!

We stay regularly at One Seagrove Place and this condo is right up there with some of the best ones we’ve experienced. It was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay in this unit again!

Awesome place Beautiful, clean condo right on the beach. It had everything we needed plus things we weren’t expecting like chairs and umbrellas, which was super convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Great staff, great stay This is our third year staying at One Seagrove Place. It is the ideal location, very clean and quiet. Accessible to many local restaurants and shopping / attractions. The front desk staff are so nice and helpful.
