Nice and clean complex. Great beach access. Great location. Front desk staff was great and always very helpful. We will definately be back!!!!

The location is perfect. The first 2 days we were allowed to have our tent close to the ocean but for some reason toward the end of the week the beach police put up a sign that tents had to stay behind. There are several restaurant options that were great and within walking distance. We did find some empty water bottles laying on the floor upon check in. Our door code was also not working upon check in and the front desk had to reset it twice which was kind of a pain. The kitchen has the bare minimum and is quite small. There were also beach umbrellas on the balcony for our use as well which I appreciated. Overall we had a great vacation!
The perfect place right on the beach and so close to so many great restaurants without being right in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle down the road!

We have been vacationing in Destin, FWB, 30A area for many many years and this is definitely one of the nicest high rise condos I’ve stayed in. With it being located on the 2nd floor, we didn’t have to worry about waiting for the elevator. Quick walk to the beach. Everything was described exactly as we had encountered it. Because it is located next to a public beach access, you do need to get to the beach early to get a good spot to set up your chairs and umbrellas. Overall we definitely will book here in the future!
Rental was perfect nice second floor. Good view of the beach but also able to use stairs. Wonderful stay.
