Nice condo great views! Very clean, nicely decorated, beautiful views, quiet end unit. Perfect for my husband and myself. May have been a tiny bit tight with more than 2 people. Excellent communication with the property management. Door has a key code that was activated at the check in time which made things super easy.
great stay. will be back. We had a spectacular stay and we liked that the area was family friendly and calm. It was clean, quiet, and the people down at the desks were always helpful. We talked about how we will be back soon on our way out the door. Great stay and I highly recommend to all others. Thanks!
I will start with positives for this condo- It was very clean upon entry. It is an end unit on the 2nd floor and has easy access to the beach or parking area. There were 5 beach chairs and an umbrella on the patio to use for the beach. Scenic Stays desk was immediately attentive to any needs. But... if you are looking for nicer accommodations this is not the condo for you. It is in great need of TLC. Sliding doors were almost IMPOSSIBLE to open(maintenance came twice), living rm chair arms were filthy, microwave display did not work, toilet handles were very hard to flush, no blankets, pull out couch mattress-you could feel every spring, furniture is worn/broken. Patio is beautiful and view is amazing! Not disclosed-the unit is right next to the roundabout for public beach access. Our last night there we had to listen to a beach party rental food truck (bc they had a permit)that had a generator going for 4 1/2 hours straight! It was loud!! I would not stay there again. :(
My family and I had the best time. The location was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Everything exceeded expectations. There’s so much to do within walking distance. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you all!

Another Great Stay Great stay! Only two things I would suggest. Leave a bag or two for the kitchen garbage can. Clean the dryer vent. There is still sand in the bottom of the vent housing.
