Awesome condo that met all of our needs for 2 families. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

Family stay! Little delay in the check in as cleaning crew was still working about a hour delay. Property was nice and clean. The views are great! Would stay again.

Nice size condo for family. Amenities were good for a family. The master bedroom did not have window coverings at the top letting sunrise hit room too early. Master bath drain woulld not go down. Hot water was an issue so we needed to stagger showers. I would definitely rent it again if those items would be addressed.

We were pestered all week being accused of having a dog in the condo. We did not! We had to change several plans because they kept saying they were sending maintenance to us but we did not want them to come in with just the 3 kids there (ages 15, 12 and 11) so we were stuck in the place and they never showed up - this was 2 days in a row. The people in 650 just below us had a dog - it was on the porch often. We also saw several people walking dogs into the building. My son said to one guy "I thought dogs weren't allowed" and he said I'm the owner, I can do what I want. Pretty rude. Anyway, the person texting us was very kind but whoever kept calling saying they were coming to check was rude and never showed up. We finally felt comfortable enough to leave the kids there and told them not to answer the door if anyone knocked. So all in all, the condo itself was very nice but whoever kept threatening us about having a dog was rude as can be - and obviously didn't know what they were talking about since we didn't have one!

VERY OUTDATED NEEDS UPDATES THE DRYER WAS NOT DRYING AND WE KEPT HAVING TO UNPLUG IT TO RESTART, FRIDGE WAS NOT KEEPING COLD EITHER. UNIT WAS JUST VERY OUTDATED , COULD NOT USE ONE OF THE TUBS FOR GIVING BABY A BATH AS THE DRAIN WAS TORE UP AND NOT PLUG FOR IT. NO CHAIRS CAME WITH UNIT AND CHAIRS WERE 55.00 PER DAY. WAS NOT AS CLEAN AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED . AGAIN VERY OUTDATED FLOORING, TILE SO IT MADE THE TUBS AND SHOWERS LOOK UNCLEAN. HARDLY ANYTHING THERE TO COOK WITH AS FAR AS DISHES.

Wonderful mini vaca with my adult kids! Jade East is one of my favorite condos in Destin. You can’t beat the location! This condo was great and met all of our needs. Beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE! Kids want to book the same one in October!

Senior trip foŕ son with famìly We came to Destin for a week of sun for our oldest sons senior trip with family. It did not disappoint! The condo was amazing! We were up in the morning with toes in the sand. We were close to everything and were more than happy!

Awesome view and location We had an awesome vacation! The condo was spacious with the best beach views! I would definitely recommend this place. The property amenities were great and well maintained. The condo was clean, but in need of some minor repairs, including the baseboards in the kitchen and the rust stains in one of the bathrooms. The size of this unit with the three bedrooms with on suite bathrooms and the washer and dryer, made it perfect for our family.

Beautiful Views! You cant beat the view from the balcony! We even saw dolphins one morning. Good location, close drive to restaurants and shopping. The kids loved the pool! The building was quiet, couldn’t hear your neighbors through the walls. Would have liked some beach accessories, such as chairs/umbrellas and maybe even some kids toys for people who fly in and don’t want to spend the extra money to rent chairs. The kitchen was stocked bare minimum, only one pan to cook with. Small details make a big difference, but it didn’t stop us from having a great week! Thanks for sharing your space!

Wonderful trip Excellent location, close to the beach, and pool was fun for the entire family. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay! The unit was nice and clean and sufficient, especially for the price! It could use some updates. The balcony had some bulky furniture that was not comfortable and took up way too much space. The kitchen could really use some new skillets, and the stove top eyes did not sit level. All in all we would rent again for the price. Beach service is great as always; we love Jade East.

Great beach holiday stay This was the perfect place to spend Christmas! Plenty of space for the 8 of us. Clean, comfortable and a breathtaking view.

Bach trip Used for my Bach trip and had plenty of room! Close to restaurants don’t was easy to go out. Only issue we had was that there was sand in the sheets and they just made the bed over the sandy sheets, that was an easy fix though!

Definitely a great, beautiful place to stay. Only complaint was we arrived around 1 o’clock. Was told if the room was ready early, they would let us know. We sat in the parking lot and it was literally 4 o’clock on the dot before we got our room code. Other than that everything went great.

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the location and how spacious the condo is. I also appreciated the communication with Scenic Stays! The only things keeping me from giving it 5 stars is: the furniture in the living room is very outdated, the furniture on the balcony is not comfy and very heavy, there are only 2 parking passes, and we didn't like that we couldn't have our own beach chairs anywhere near the water, and we couldn't have a canopy/cabana for our 5 month old.

Honest review, so you can make an educated decision. Rated 1 (bad) to 10 (great)* Location - 10 - Perfect Beachfront* Condo Layout - 10 - 3 Bed / 3 Bath...spacious* Cleanliness - 5 - Not dirty but the inside is older and needs refresh, so it seems to be* Living room Furnishings - 3 - Older and worn out, tough to seat more that 4 people comfortably* Beds - 7 - actually more comfortable than what I thought it would be* Sleeping - 2 - window coverings do not keep out bright lights in hallways for the non-master rooms. Blackout curtains would have been a plus. * Bathrooms - 4 - offered what is needed, but they are old. * Balcony - 4 - not set up for relaxing with the picnic table set up, but may work for people that want to eat outside. * Entry Gate & Door - 10 - No issues with accessing and using codes* Parking - 5 - the lot is not sequentially numbered, so finding your space is a day 1 challenge. Seemed to be a challenge for other guests as we had people park in our spot on a few occasions....they had tags in their windows for other spaces, so it seems like they gave up hunting. Everyone has an opinion, but I thought listing in this manner may help someone to make decision that works for them.

Great location and beach access, but uncomfortable furniture, a poorly arranged bedroom, and unfriendly staff made the s Positive: Convenient to everything Destin has to offer, and beautiful views with easy beach access! Negative: Living room furniture and beds are very uncomfortable. The furniture layout in one of the bedrooms curtains all access to the closet which is frustrating. We had multiple encounters with staff that were very unfriendly.

Amazing experience. The room has an amazing view and it was right on the beach so it was easy to walk to and from the beach. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Definitely booking here again in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay!!!!

This condo has been rode hard and put away wet. Appears very little upgrades done since it was new. Furniture is in rough shape, mattresses also. Deck furniture is the worst of the building from what you can see of the others from outside. If you are just looking for a room to cram as many people as you can for spring break this is it. If you are looking for a upscale and more quiet place, this condo and Jade East is not it. We stayed here around 15 years ago and it was very nice building that seemed like a lit of owners used and that is why we booked here again when we came back. Now it is seems like just a rental building and it was flooded with spring breakers, puking in the pool. Jamming 15 people in the hot tub so nobody else could use it. Too bad.

If you like to stay hot and wake up with the sun… then this is perfect for you. No privacy as the people from the balcony above can see directly into the master room. There is no protection from the sun because the windows aren’t covered properly. One bathroom had just been painted and the gloves were still there. The balcony furniture takes up the entire space and doesn’t even allow for you to see over the railing. This has the potential to be a GREAT condo. Just needs more love and attention.

We will definitely be back to this property!! It was so clean, and easy to access!! And the view was breathtaking!!!! I’m so glad we found this property!!! The pool and hot tub was very clean and direct beach access!!!!

Beautiful large ocean view with sunrise and sets everyday. Would have have given 5 stars but felt like we were being harassed by one particular security guard. He was very aggressive, felt like every time I turned around he was there, couldn’t relax when he worked.

Never got the code for the door till after 7:00pm had to call twice to get it. The condo was ok but for the price we paid was a little surprising that there was damage and that it had not been fixed paint coming off the bathroom and kitchen cupboards, mold in the tubs and showers BAD, outlets with no covers, grout missing in showers and in floors.

Thing need improve We like condo it’s needs a little updated ex more kitchen stuff potholders pans to make kitchen better. Mattress and living furniture update. The bed rooms were perfect right types of bed. We enjoy stay !!!

The bathrooms had mold in the showers and bathtubs did not look clean. The unit needed some updating. Furniture was very old and not very comfortable. beach view was very nice standing on the balcony, but was very awkward having two chairs that were not very comfortable and a picnic table really limited our use of the balcony for four of us to sit out there comfortably and enjoy ourselves. someone had to sit on a picnic table Edge to see over the balcony and the chair set way too low so we did not get to use the balcony as we had anticipated sitting and enjoying coffee or a drinks. We had Plumbing issues but the host replied immediately on anything we had a question on a couple of the toilet paper holders were broken on top of having some toilet problems that took a couple times to fix. A nice updating and some comfortable Furniture would have made our stay a five-star stay.

Loved the pool! Beach was great! Our condo was just okay. Furniture is outdated. Microwave was broken. It was replaced. No hairdryer in any bathroom. One was given to us. Beds were comfortable. Location was great.

First time in Destin. Water was beautiful! We all had a great time. Planning on going back.

The room was not clean. There was a toenail behind one of the beds and behind the beds were dusty. I contacted owner and he showed up to fix the outlets but didnt take care of the toenail or have the room cleaned better. The cauk on the balcony was coming off/melting off a lot.

Beautiful Destin Location was great. Beds comfy. Quick response to kitchen sink blockage. Needs some kitchen updates for sure. Several sluggish drains reported and they are fixing. Excellent, kind repairman!

2024 Fall beach trip Condo was clean & the location was good. The only issue we had was that the living room furniture was not comfortable & needs to be updated. The washing machine sounds rough & probably needs to be replaced also. The beds were comfortable.

Beautiful beach view We enjoyed our stay. The location was good. It is close to restaurants & shopping. Beach access was very easy .The beds & pillows were very comfortable. There were a few things that could be improved on. The living room furniture was not very comfortable & it would have been nice to have better balcony furniture. We couldn't get the t.v. to work in the master bedroom. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but there were no baking sheets, only 1 dish towel & no pot holders. The washing machine sounded rough when we used it.

Good spot, roomy, read on for more The property itself was great. Location is perfect- restaurants, beach access, the Track, etc. Here are some good things to know: It ain’t fancy. In 2002 when the couch was new and all that- it was probably top of the line. Fridge really is not cold at all upon arrival. It really does take a long time to cool down. The king bed was great- other rooms were just okay. The springs in the couch are uncomfortable but we didn’t spend a lot of time on the couch. The TVs didn’t have the right cable box so only the one in living room and one bedroom worked. We brought a fire stick luckily so that was handy! As for dishes… they have pots and pans and glass stuff. Bowel, colander, coffee pot, toaster, blender, a few Tupperware things and a big pitcher. Salt and pepper. There are a couple of cutting boards. Plenty of plates, coffee cups, utensils, etc. No dish towels or pot holders but we made do. We took extra: trash bags, seasonings, toilet paper. Dish soap. Close the doors to the bedroom that has laundry when it hits the spin cycle- it’s real loud but didn’t bother us. It was a great place we would 100% stay again. I just had it in my head that we would list what they have so other people would have a heads up.

Beautiful We enjoyed our stay at Jade East! The condo was as pictured. The ease of getting to the beach was great! The beach absolutely beautiful! Beds were super comfortable! The condo could use more dishes!

Beautiful condo. Loved the location. We loved our stay. The only thing I could suggest is that there were no baking sheets or potholders in the kitchen. Everything else was perfect.

Destin Vacay Property was most super clean and well kept. Views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful. Our only complaint was the poor wifi connection. Other than that, we loved our stay and would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay The beds are not comfortable, it was not cleaned well or stocked. They didn’t leave paper towels or soaps but were quick to get them to us. Someone pooped in the hallway (not us) and it took them 24 hours to clean up. The rest wasn’t bad and we enjoyed our stay. Will find a new condo next time though!
