Pool closed We checked in on Saturday and on the door there is a sign on the door saying pool was closed Monday through Thursday for repairs before the Board of Health closes them. We had a 7 month old and needed a pool so ended up having to switch places. No apologies or response from management. So disappointed!
Wonderful! Convenient location, beautiful unit, crystal clear water! Two chairs/umbrella included in rental costs, so you don’t have to haul your own down to the beach. Right next to a shaved ice hut and beach kayak/paddleboard rentals. Nice pool and grill area. Located near lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment (Big Kahuna’s Water Park, The Track), etc. Our family had a great trip!
Spring getaway This unit was absolutely perfect for my partner and I but our AC wasn’t working.. staff was great about getting us moved into another unit the next day as soon as it became available.
nice place condo was perfect for two couples. location was also great! my only complaint is that the beach by this condo is not public and does not allow for your own umbrellas or canopies. you must rent the condo’s chairs with umbrellas.
Heavenly Getaway We needed accommodations in Destin, Florida, because my son was getting engaged that weekend. We absolutely LOVED Condo 502 at Emerald Towers. It was spectacular in every way. It was super clean and immaculate. It was updated, and it was very comfortable. We had an incredible view from the balcony. We plan to stay again in the near future. We have already told a lot of friends about our experience.
The room was clean. The area was nice. The staff was nice. It was good to not have to wear a bracelet for once. My biggest issues were the bed was too firm for me and there was no ceiling fan in the bedrooms. The back porch restaurant was within walking distance.
Place was right on the beach & was great!
Our family had a wonderful stay! It met all of our needs, was comfortable and clean. Beautiful beach views from the balcony!
Beautiful view!
Our stay was perfect. The place was very clean and the view was amazing. Would highly recommend renting this place.

Great Stay Loved everything about our stay in this unit! Destin never disappoints! Scenic Stays and Emerald Towers make staying easy!
First time here This was our first time staying at this condo and we were very happy with it. Unit was clean and everything was ready to go when we got there. The young lady at the front desk for check in was so helpful, great customer service! We will be booking again in the future!

Spring getaway Beautiful view
Beatiful condo! This condominium was beautifully decorated, very clean, had an excellent location and view of the beach/ocean! The chair/umbrella service on the beach was very nice as well. We will definitely stay again!
perfect location property was in the perfect location with easy access to all restaurants and activities.
Great Property Property was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with essentials to cook all week! Check in was super easy and property was within walking distance of all things!
What a view! What a beautiful unit on a beautiful beach. Clearly the owners take pride in their condo and it made us want to do the same. It was a perfect stay. Beyond expectations.
Nice getaway! Everything about our stay was great. The location was fabulous, the ease in checking in was flawless, and the weather was awesome!
Great short vacation. We are so happy with our choice, Emerald Towers. The condo was clean and fresh, the check-in was simple, and I could go on and on. I give them “5” stars.
A few issues We loved our stay however there were a few things missing. The coffee pot was missing when we arrived we looked everywhere for it. So I think a new one is needed! The floors were very dirty which I know is tough living on the beach to keep them clean. Lastly the guest shower is clogged so when we took a shower the water built up and became a bath! None of those things were issues to keep us from coming back just wanted to let you know!! The location is absolutely amazing and renting the chairs and umbrellas was easy and super convenient!
Great stay As advertised, nice & clean unit, excellent view…
loved it all was great!
Fantastic Nice and spacious. Gorgeous view
Overall good experience The property was nice, clean and convenient. We did not have any wash clothes when we arrived and the ironing board was broke but the management team took care of getting us wash clothes the next day. Note: the vent in the second bathroom sounds like it is going to take flight and when it says “bring beach equipment” it needs to note at the bottom “no tents/umbrellas allowed”. You will need to rent chairs if you want umbrella coverage. The positives outweighed the negatives and we enjoyed our stay though.
Perfect destin vaca The location was beautiful overlooking the ocean. The condo was clean and spacious.
Destin paradise The condo was beautiful and very clean. Check in was easy and communication was great!
