There was plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our family of 13, and everyone was able to enjoy the home in their own way. The open kitchen and living area were perfect for cooking, socializing, relaxing, and watching the game all at the same time. We loved the convenience of riding bikes or using the golf cart to run errands and head to the beach. The pool was nicely heated, and the lighting added an awesome touch in the evenings. One small note: the basketball goal is very close to the fence, so if you’re not a strong shooter, be prepared to retrieve the ball often.

Great place for family and friends to gather without feeling like you’re on top of each other. Nice size kitchen to cook in and move around. The main essentials for the kitchen were provided and that was a plus when cooking. Pool area was nice and offered shaded areas. Having a basketball court was great for the guys. Plenty of storage for food. Rooms are nice and the added bathroom for each is great! Balconies off the second floor rooms are a plus for relaxing. Parking was convenient and spacious. The convenience of bikes and a golf cart being included was nice.

The house is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and is close to the beach. The golf cart was a huge plus in fun and getting us back and forth to the beach. My family and I had a wonderful time!

Family Trip It was a nice place with plenty of room

Family Vacation Everything was absolutely Amazing. The only negative for us was that 2 bedrooms did not have television. Which no one wanted to stay in those rooms. My family said they would love to come back and stay if they put tvs in the 2 bedrooms. Thanks for helping in making our vacation one to remember

Wedding week Great place with easy access to the beach

This home was everything we needed and more. The addition of the golf cart and the bikes made it easy for us to get around. It is conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and shopping. One of the best vacation rentals we've stayed at in a while.

House was well laid out and suited our 4 families. Enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. Cleaning crew and maintenance could pay more attention to detail.

Great house recommend 10/10

Really close to the beach and has plenty of space for the family.

King size beds were a hit for all adults. Bedrooms all had their own bathrooms. Having the extra pull out in the bunk rooms allowed for less sharing for the younger crowd. Could have used more blankets. The pool is a great size for a larger group and loved by all. The pool toys in the bin were also nice to have. Quiet street and a quick walk to beach area. Got use out of the bikes and golf cart. And because we love to play basketball the court was also a hit. Had to purchase a basketball because could not find the one for the property. Beware, the fence isn’t as tall when you miss. Had to go around by the neighbors to retrieve ball a few times. Outdoor cooktop was great for making breakfast for our large group. Dining room table was large enough to fit 15 for meals. No salt/pepper or other condiments. Loved the two dishwashers and all the plates and bowls/cups. Living room space did not have much furniture in for all of us but spent most of the time outside or around the table. Would stay again.

Casa Fiesta in Destin was an excellent stay. The location is ideal—centrally situated near many great attractions, with Starbucks and Publix just a short golf cart ride away. The property matched the photos exactly, which made for a seamless arrival experience.Check-in was very easy, and the golf cart was a definite highlight for getting around. We also enjoyed cycling, which added to the overall experience. Beach access was quick and convenient—less than a 2-minute ride by golf cart or bike.Parking was not an issue, with space for 2–3 SUVs. Overall, everything was well thought out, easy to navigate, and very convenient. A fun, relaxing stay all around.

We loved staying here! The golf cart was very nice to have, but the beach isn’t too far of a walk. Everything was very clean and organized!

Property was a great location from the beach for walk or carting. The pool is an excellent perk w double reds this weekend.

Family Fun- small family (9) reunion was great, everyone had their own room/bathroom. Pleasantly surprised with the 2 dishwashers. Downside, communication was difficult,it would be great if they left a book with instructions for the house and the area. Worth the price, multiple spaces for people to separate and hang out.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house and truly enjoyed our time here with our family! The location was great, the home was comfortable, and we made so many good memories during our trip. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.A few things that could use some attention/improvement:* The rug in the downstairs bathroom was pretty filthy and looked like it may not have been cleaned between guests.* The dryer needs to be repaired or replaced. We had to run multiple cycles just to get clothes dry.* There were no pot holders available, and only two dish towels were provided.None of these issues ruined our trip, but taking care of them would make the experience even better for future guests. We would definitely stay here again and appreciate the hospitality!

Everything was nice and clean. The family enjoyed the pool, basketball court and bicycles. The golf cart was great for going to the beach. Hope to get to stay here again.

Loved this house! Great for our group of 11. Very clean and spacious. Pool was great and the area is beautiful! Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking pans. Every room has its own bathroom which was great. Golf cart was a big help. One of our best VRBO stays.

The property and extras were just as pictured. Beautifully decorated house with Just the right amount of space. Everyone enjoyed the stay and the proximity to the beach. We also enjoyed the backyard, pool and use of the grill. The neighborhood was nice, neighbors friendly and helpful. Had a great time!!

Very Nice house !!

Beautiful, clean house: six bedrooms…each with their own bathroom, a large dining table to fit every one, and a very nice pool with underwater colored lights at night.Everything was great…however the dryer really was not drying.

Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the property manager notified us when the property was ready early. The house and pool area were clean. The location was very convenient to beach access.

Wonderful time! The house was spacious and very comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and pleasant. We had so much fun...especially being able to get to the beach so easily with the golf cart!

Perfect Having our own pool was awesome as trips to the beach were often shortened by the weather. Everything about the house was perfect. Look forward to a future trip.

Great Location - Lots of Hits & Some Misses We loved the location of the property, it was very spacious and everyone had room to spread out, and clean. Awesome layout of bedrooms and living areas & kitchen. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. Great distance from the beach and easy to get to and around. The downsides and items that needed attention; the outdoor back patio lights flickered, mold in the washing machine seal and laundry detergent dispenser, dryer took multiple cycles to dry anything, the vent on the dryer needs cleaned out thoroughly, Blackstone was rusted and dirty and not useable, the grill burners need replaced, the outdoor furniture was rusted and a chair broke while someone was sitting in it where a leg had rusted through, stained comforter on the top bunk in the room facing the street, throw pillows in some of the bedrooms were very stained and off putting. Overall we were very happy and rate it a 8.5 out of 10.

Great Vacation The house was perfect. The large pool was awesome. Having a golf cart was fun. We drove it for ice cream . It’s so close to beach. Best vacation ever. Can’t wait to go back and Will definitely stay at Casa Fiesta
