The home is in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The price was cheaper than a hotel. I would stay here again.

Nice, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Convenient location. I used it to stay while in town on work errands for an aging relative. It's good for that type of thing...no frills, but the price is right. I would definitely stay there again.

The place was exactly as listed if not better Molly and Kaitlyn where great hosts communication was great and the pricing for the place was amazing anyone taking a trip to Colorado Springs I would highly recommend staying at this Airbnb it’s cozy and spacious with 2 beautiful bedrooms nothing is to far from this location and if you have any issue at all just ask and they’ll take care of it rather swiftly for you it’s a great place to stay for a great price

This was a great place to stay while spending time in Yhe Springs for work. The host was very attentive and the place was very clean and well equipped.

Cozy space perfect for two friends. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was small but clean. We appreciated the stocked kitchen and access to the washer and dryer. Very quiet neighborhood. We felt safe at all times. Would stay here again.

Place was super close to my sisters apartment and it was reasonably priced. Anytime an issue came up they were quick to respond. It was really helpful having a pack in play available.

Had a great stay at the residence with my two daughters over the Thanksgiving holiday! It was just what we needed and located in a great location with lots to do in the surrounding area. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. The residence had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and have a great holiday. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to be close to downtown and Garden of the Gods. Whenever I am back in town I would love to stay there again!

I had a wonderful stay in Colorado! Molly was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout my visit. We arrived a bit early due to the time change, and she handled it effortlessly. I also needed to extend my stay, and she made the process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Everything was wonderful from check-in to check-out. It was very clean, well kept, and stocked with everything we needed and then some! Molly was friendly and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was perfect and we even got to enjoy watching a PeeWee Baseball game across the street in the park! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here! The neighborhood was very quiet and a good view of Pike's Peak and some other great mountains. There was a nearby Walmart that we could get groceries at, and was in a great location to drive to good trails and other attractions. Definitely would recommend!

Excellent location. The house is just a few minutes to UCCS. Great shopping and restaurants are close by as well. Its in a quiet neighborhood and has a great view of piles peak.

Negative: No central ac had to hook up a portable ac for every room Charges a damage fee of 180 on top of the booking fee Noisy neighbors the beats on the walls Fire pit and bbq pit but no propane

Absolutely loved our stay! Very cozy and sweet! Felt right at home! Perfect location and right across the street from a nice park! We lived our stay! Would definitely recommend booking here!

Save your money and swipe right past this house. IT was absolutely filthy, deplorable, unlivable for any human. I have never seen so many spiders, cobwebs, broken window screens, dust on everywhere including the broken couch and the second couch, the tables, bookshelf's, picture frames, all counters, end tabled in the living room and both bedrooms, the entire floor of the house was dirty, dusty, muddy and grimey, and all carpets areas unvacuumed. The bathroom shower had an old, moldy, algae and bacteria filled curtain liner. The front yard untrimmed trees, large amounts of weeds up to my kneecaps and I'm 5 ft 11 1/2 inches tall no grass only dirt and tall weeds and when it rained that brought mud and leaves inside the house. the backyard advertised grass and a fenced-in yard half of that was true, you get a fenced in yard, no grass only weeds and dirt. patio furniture outback was muddy w/ leaves and dirt. bbq was absolutely filthy, the carpet under the patio furniture moldy.
