Rented this house for Spring Break with my family and had such a good time. House was a spacious enough to sleep everyone comfortably. Backyard patio with swing/hammock was greatly enjoyed by my little ones. They had fun running around enclosed patio to wind down the days. My favorite part about this house was proximity to all the attractions- Garden of the Gods, Manitou Incline, Pikes Peak were all a short drive just to name a few!!!

This place was a great stay for my family. We have a 14 month old and she enjoyed walking around the turf in the back. The location was close to all the attractions we wanted to do. Kaitlyn was quick to respond and even let us check in 30 min early so we didn’t have to drive around with a toddler until check in time.

Great stay! House was wonderful and cozy! Kids were obsessed with it! Great location, close to a lot of things! Great view of pikes peak, especially for firework show on new years. Definitely didn’t want to leave!

This is a really cool house, in a great location. The beds are really comfortable, and there is a lot of space in the house. The ceiling leaked into my son's suitcase while we were there and it was clear from the bowing in the floor right where the leak was that this is a regular occurrence. When I discovered the leak and the soaking wet suitcase on the morning we were checking out I was offered a laundry mat if things needed to be dried from the host. I expected monetary compensation or at least an offer to stay to dry the clothes. Also check in requires registering with an entirely separate website.

Fantastic location and central to a lot of surrounding activities. The view from the balcony was amazing. The back yard was perfect for our little one! We even got to see some mule deer out in the driveway!

Great place, full of interesting art and architecture. The kids really enjoyed exploring the place. We enjoyed the view from the top floor and hot tub! It’s almost walkable, but a short drive to the old downtown main strip with lots of great places to dine and shop. We’ll likely return to this house again…so much charm!

Overall, five adults and one child under 2 were very comfortable in the house. It's very unique and will be a memorable experience for the family. With three whole bathrooms and one half bathroom, it met everyone's needs. There was one issue with the house which should of been attended to prior to our visit. In the bedroom near the street, after rain on our first day, rain leaked into the bedroom on each side of the bed. The wood floor was severely warped from previous rains (about two inches high, yes a safety issue walking to the bathroom). I only stubbed my toes once (ouch). The warped wood probably took many weeks to develop.

Host is super friendly and very responsive in all the queries you ask. Also, the place is very spacious and as I said bathrooms are spacious very easy to get in and out. Though no pwd railing for those who are pwd. but still so niiiice of a place. my friends and I wished we could have booked more moving forward. The house is near to all the attractions you would go and visit in Colorado Springs. p.s. even after the booking my friend left her camera charger and battery. still host was very accomodating and assisted on spotting and providing a place where we can pick up the left items.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful A-Frame home in Colorado Springs to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was truly amazing and what made it extra special was how thoughtfully curated it was - every interior detail seemed to have its own story, which added such a unique charm to our stay.The bedroom was incredibly comfortable and I absolutely loved having the vanity area to get ready each morning. But the real highlight for me was the rooftop balcony - it became my favorite spot for morning coffee with stunning views of both the mountains and downtown Colorado Springs. There's something magical about starting your day with that scenery!The location couldn't have been better - perfectly situated between Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs, and right by Old Colorado City, which made exploring the area so convenient. We also loved spending some lazy time in the top floor entertainment area watching movies together.This A-Frame home was honestly one of my favorite parts of our entire anniversary trip. The combination of the unique architecture, thoughtful details, amazing views, and perfect location made for an unforgettable stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a special place to stay in the Colorado Springs area!

Overall great! We were a little sad to learn there was no bathtub for our littles, despite the pictures giving the impression there was one. Unique house, great host, had a good time!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The home was exactly as advertised. Very clean and plenty of space. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. Good location. Only about 10 minutes from Garden of the Gods, Manitou incline, Cave of the Winds, and Pikes Peak entrance.

My stay at Kaitlyn's A-Frame in Colorado Springs was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the unique and cozy charm of this home. The A-frame design itself is stunning, and the large windows let in so much natural light, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. It felt both modern and rustic, with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed to cook, and the living area was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The location is ideal—tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but still conveniently close to all of Colorado Springs' main attractions. I loved being able to easily drive to Garden of the Gods and Pike's Peak, and it was a short trip to downtown for dining and shopping. Kaitlyn was an incredible host.

Positive: Great location, easy communication. The house is wonderful! Negative: Master bedroom is very light early morning. But, you can see the stars at night.

This house is a work of art! So many details to enjoy throughout the house. The neighborhood is mixed with older and new homes but is centrally located to so many attractions. Definitely recommend!
