This was our second stay and it was great - just like the first time. Can’t wait to be back!

This home was perfect for our group of 6. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Plus thoughtful additions like coffee, tea and spices. All the beds were very comfortable and all beds had quality linens. She included the shampoo, conditioner and bath gel for both bathrooms. Would highly recommend this home. Steph is a very responsive host.

VERY friendly host. It was wonderful having 3 actual bedrooms with incredibly comfortable beds. Though we didn’t have the opportunity to use it, the kitchen is set up for everything you could need. The fenced in backyard was so peaceful and my elderly mother loved sitting out there and watching the squirrels play. Close to downtown but far enough to escape the cacophony and the traffic.

Very nice stay! Very comfortable, great neighborhood, and very friendly neighbors! The house is spectacular! No complaints at all. When I come back, I hope this place is available! Loved it!

This is by far one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. Everything about this home is amazing. It has everything you need and extras that you didn't know you needed. The space is great for a family with children or for a group of adults. The beds are so comfortable and guarantee a blissful night's sleep. It is located close enough to the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. I will 100% stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay! The home was cozy, very clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The peaceful, private backyard was a great place to relax. The location was also very convenient—close to many of Nashville’s main attractions and the airport. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

Lovely, spacious home in such a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Close to so many amazing restaurants. Convenient location to get around town. 15-20 minutes from nearly everything in Nashville. My family and I had such a wonderful time staying at this home!

We loved this place so much. Everything was great. It’s the most well-stocked kitchen of any Airbnb we have ever encountered. We especially appreciated the crockpot, sharp knives and matching flatware. The decor is peaceful and tasteful and the beds were exceedingly comfortable. Best of all for a serious walker the house is conveniently close to the Shelby Bottom trail network a beautiful and safe place to walk. It’s a great place!

Great house and location. We’ve stayed in east Nashville several times and right down the street at another house and this one is more walkable not being on the main Eastland road. But love this area it’s perfect to get to Shelby park and all the great restaurants and coffee shops. Grillshack was our favorite for grass fed burgers. Frothy monkey was great too for breakfast /coffee. Comfortable beds, amazing backyard for kids to run around. We were able to tie up some hammocks on the trees out there and enjoy the nice weather. Lots of good bird watching too. A couple of things need upgrading the dishes, they are very worn and some have chips. The pots could use an upgrade to stainless too, pretty sure they are teflon which is not something most people use anymore. Also the bath towels are the size of kid towels. lol But they give you plenty of them so you can use two if needed for larger people. I appreciate the person who comes to put out the trash cans since we stayed almost 2 weeks

We had a wonderful stay! The space was cute, clean and thoughtfully put together. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked, which made everything feel comfortable and convenient. The location was perfect… close enough to all the Nashville fun, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that felt private and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again!

Steph’s home was the perfect place for our family vacation. It was a conveniently located to everything we wanted to do including the zoo and Broadway. We were easily able to drive ourselves or Uber. The backyard was great for our kids and we enjoyed the patio space for coffee and relaxing during the evenings. The home was clean and thoughtfully decorated. As well as well supplied. We made a couple meals and had everything we needed. Additionally, the home was welcoming and well decorated. We would recommend this home and would happily stay again!

This East Nashville house was great for our family visit over Easter. The large back yard and patio with outdoor furniture was a bonus. We had a great time and the house had everything we needed and the description of the house was accurate. I'm sure we will be back.

Lovely house for our family trip, we had 5 adults and a toddler. Plenty of room for us to sleep, air conditioning worked great, the home had everything we needed. We were even able to check in early on the day of our arrival! Had some problems with the code but Steph was super quick to respond, i didn’t have to more than 5 min before she fixed the code for me. Huge backyard and huge drive way perfect for the two vehicles we had brought into town. Neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet. I absolutely would stay here again and would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in the east side!

loved the spot! Everything was supper nice. The only thing we had to do was put the deodorizer in the main room. The coffee and chilled cream was a great touch.

The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Extra fans, small space heaters for extra warmth. It was great!

We were very pleased with our stay! For our small group (2 couples), this was a perfect fit. Not too big or too small. The main sitting area was a perfect size for us four. The dining area was exactly what we needed for our card games and dinners. Most meals were at the house so it was important to us that we had pans, dishes, etc., to prepare meals. That worked out well for us. The beds were quite comfy which is not always the case with rentals. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable and not really much traffic. Steph was quickly responsive to any questions we had. Overall, very good!

We had a wonderful stay during the Nashville ice storm. It was a time when we really needed it. Stephanie was incredibly responsive and flexible while we were figuring everything out, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and truly felt like a place we could reset and feel at ease. We’re very grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely recommend staying here.

Very clean

The place was very clean and organized. The location was close to a lot of restaurants and many other attractions. We were not a fan of the 10 check out time and 4:00 check in, was not accustomed to that.

Great place to stay for visiting Nashville!

Our family of 5 had a great stay during our time in Nashville. The house was clean and well stocked with the essentials. We stayed for 3 nights, and had plenty of room. The area is very accessible to all of the Nashville attractions. If we go back to visit the area again, we will stay with Steph again.

Great place! perfect location

We had a nice stay in Nashville. I traveled with two 18-year-olds who were attending a game at Nissan Stadium, and the house was very convenient to the stadium. We appreciated the many thoughtful, comfortable touches throughout the home — details you don’t always find in rental properties. The decor, layout, and neighborhood were all ideal. I’ve been renting homes on my own and with extended family for many years, and the only real drawback for us was the 4 pm check-in and 10 am check-out times. These are clearly stated in the listing, so that was my oversight, but they do feel a bit late/early for a rental at this price point. Typically, we see a 3 pm check-in with a 10 am check-out, or a 4 pm check-in with an 11 am check-out. Steph does offer adjustments when possible, so my recommendation to future guests is to inquire ahead of time if you need flexibility. Overall, our one-night stay was a good experience.

Very comfortable and well stocked home in East Nashville. Quiet area near restaurants, coffee shops and walking trails. We saw deer and wild turkeys near the house. Short drive to downtown Nashville.
